Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bad Kleinkirchheim

We were there for skiing (Katschberg, Speiereck, Fanningberg). The daily journey has been a little longer than, for example, Maria Pfarr, which compensates for, among other things, the "own house". We enjoyed heating the tiled stove in the living room in the evening and lying around on the couch. The three bedrooms (upper floor) are great, the mattresses perfect. We didn't actually use kitchen/food. We took dinner in three local restaurants (Jagawirt, Stiegenwirt, Guniwirt including mineral museum/sale). Again, we were well served. Only the bathroom (upper floor) is outdated. Another toilet room is available. We met Petra and her mother, as well as dog "Lucky" - all lovely. The four of us agreed, a pleasant stay with Petra and her residential area.

Perfect place even for a short stay, very easy communication with Adi, recommended.

Pretty Jolie was the perfect getaway! The apartment was beautiful and cozy- I especially loved the activities room which had a guest book for us to write notes in addition to games and books. The location of the apartment was very convenient as it was a less than ten minute walk from the supermarket and three minute walk to the lake- I would definitely stay recommend this listing. As a plus point- the kitchen had spices and oil which made cooking significantly easier!

Beautiful quiet place. Heidi-Alm ski slopes are about 2 minutes by car. An ideal resort for small children. The chalet is fully equipped, everything was set up, we didn't miss anything. We loved our vacation and would love to come back for a summer vacation. Christine is a great host. We can only recommend to everyone and thank Christine very much for the beautiful winter break.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We were sorry we couldn't stay there longer. Beautiful views and wonderful walks. Nice that you can also just walk to the village, supermarket, eat cake or eat at the hotel opposite. I had also booked a massage myself and that was wonderful. We will definitely come back to further discover this interesting region.

Nika and Luka were absolutely amazing. Their place was impecable and it was in the perfect location. They also added personal touches to the apartment that made it feel like home. We had some wonderful days in Kranj (pronounced Kran) wonderful recommendations for dining experiences by the host. An hour's drive to Lake Bohinj, which is definitely worth a visit on a hot day. It was incredibly nice to be in a top baby-safe apartment, where we did not have to worry. And a lovely green garden with evening sun.

I have spent the last three months in this apartment and can only report positive things. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need to feel good. I was particularly impressed by the great view and the excellent location. The landlords are also extremely friendly, accommodating and available at all times, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I felt completely comfortable here and I didn't miss anything. That's why I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Thank you for this great place to stay!

After a little struggle with finding the place, not really the fault of the host's directions, the reward was enormous. not a big space but the views were astonishing. The space was adequate, with functional kitchen and amenities and beautifully presented, but it was the outside which makes this place amazing. We didn't want to leave and neither will you.

I spent two wonderful weeks here with my boyfriend at the end of the ski season. Despite many, due to company holidays, closed shops and restaurants, we had a great time. The entire area, including Mauterndorf itself, is fantastically beautiful and simply invites you to relax and shut down. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, extremely clean and well maintained, very lovingly furnished. You have everything you need. Communication with Michael and his team is smooth and the lockbox makes checking in and out very pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

The pine nest is highly recommended. The tranquility and the view you have up there is simply unique. Communication was always easy and the hosts respond to every request. The hot pot was just awesome. We will be happy to come back. Petting the sweet Wautzi of us :)

Super apartment very close to all the amenities of Lake Bled but in a quiet area. Spotless. Everything you could need. Understand that it is on a fairly well used road so there is a little noise but nothing that disturbed us. As others have said, there are several flights of stairs but that adds to the character, and 2 of blackout blinds are not very effective. That said, it is super clean, provides everything you need and the hosts are very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful location with amazing views and outstanding apartment with al thr utilities you need. The location is in the middle of nature with lake Milstatt not far away and with spectacular mountain tops. We would definitely love to come again one day!

We had such a nice time! Felt like home! Apartment was very clean & we had everything we needed! We also loved the yard & sitting outside (stunning views while drinking morning coffee)! Definitely would recommend staying there! Such a peaceful location and so close to Bled!

We spent 9 days in Danelle’s apartment.  It was pleasant.  Large kitchen is well equipped to make a nice meal. The location is great for hiking, sightseeing, swimming and biking.  We didn’t do biking but hiked nearby peaks in Austria, Slovenia and Italy. We visited Ljubljana and went for a swim in the Faaker See lake.  Danielle is a wonderful host—very helpful and responsive. We lost internet connection one morning.  She had already installed a new modem by the time we returned from our hike in the evening.

Exceptional accommodation and very thoughtful hosts (we only exchanged by chat). The place is peaceful and we loved the provision of an entire floor with private and very secure access. The apartment's decoration and equipment are sumptuous. A place where you feel very good and where we regret spending only one night. We look forward to welcoming you 😊 I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Natasja's place from 12/22/2024 to 1/2/2025. Everything was super clean, beautifully decorated and had a great location. Natasja herself was super friendly and helpful with questions, etc. All in all, a perfect place to stay that I would always choose again! Nothing was missing from the accommodation. Everything was thought of here.

Matej's place is well located, at a good distance from the lake and close to the supermarkets and bus stop. The garden and balcony were in our opinion the best parts of the house - we used both quite a lot to have lunch and dinner while enjoying the bright sun and tranquility of Bled. Matej also provides several nice amenities, such as a TV with a lot of shows and channels, baby chair and a washing machine (charged extra), and is always available to help.

Beautiful location and excellent stay. Very clean. Easy checkin process. Free parking. We got there prior to checkin to bike in the morning and Miha let us use her parking space which was very kind. Electricity went out when we first got there and she fixed within 10 mins. Very fast WIFI. The A/C was incredible for the hot summer months and worked well. Place was spotless. Right next to the main paved biking trails. To get to restaurants it is a couple km’s away. About 900m from a great swimming location on the lake! I would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation!

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

Nice, clean stay, private parking lot. Would come back again.
