A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich eine 10+++ abgeben. So eine herzliche Begrüßung habe ich noch nie gehabt. Die Wohnung war mit soviel Liebe eingerichtet. Roswitha war jederzeit erreichbar und hab gute Tipps zur Umgebung. wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Top value in Bad Tolz, ideally located to all the shops and restaurants you would want to visit. The apartment is so well located that you are spoiled for choice. Finding the apartment was easy and check in was a breeze. Parking was so convenient, directly outside the door! The apartment was clean and everything smelled so nice and clean, like fresh laundry and fresh air. The apartment was exactly as described and has everything you would want for a few days stay — dishes, linens, washer and dryer, dish washer, even surround sound. Alexandra was a great host, very quick to respond and gave very clear instructions, including photos of the door and where to park. Great stay, highly recommended!

Wonderful location with easy access to public transportation. Very spacious, private and clean. There is a market nearby which makes it super convenient for all your needs. Note: bring your own bathroom amenities and if you plan on spending a day at the lake, especially in the summer, bring your own beach towels or blanket. NOTE: the GAP card you are given works for all the local buses. We were not told until the end of our trip so we were paying for all the bus rides unnecessarily. Also I'm still not clear why but when we arrived there was a bill for a "city tax" got $18 Euros. I have never been billed a city tax for an Airbnb.

Wir waren für eine Woche zum Entspannen in der Unterkunft und es hat sich gelohnt! Es ist eine schöne, kleine Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht (auch sehr kinderfreundlich!). Hervorragend eingerichtet (es gibt vor Allem für Kinder sehr viele (Brett-)Spielmöglichkeiten), die Küche hat alles, was man braucht und es war generell sehr generös mit viel liebe zum Detail. Die Wohnung war komplett sauber und sie ist perfekt und leise gelegen (3 min zu Fuß zum See, aber abseits der lauten Hauptstraße; die Umgebung ist sowieso einfach wunderschön). Daniela hat sehr gute Tipps parat gehabt und war sehr schnell und freundlich in der Kommunikation. Alles in Allem eine tolle Unterkunft, zu der wir gerne wiederkommen!

What a gem! Oberammergau is beautiful and this place is the perfect place to stay. Spotless, beautifully presented and private, with easy parking and within walking distance to the village. Highly recommended!

Awesome, clean and beautiful place to stay. Christoph is always responsive, he met us at check-in, it was really smooth. I requested for sofa to be setup beforehand, and it is exactly what happened. Nice flowers, chocolate candies, cookied as well as beers in the fridge. The garage carpark with lift is just great. The washing machine was also helpful for our laundry. My wife mentioned it was just simply “perfect”. Thanks again for hosting us, and offer to give extended late check out, we really appreciated 😊

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser wunderschönen und modernen Unterkunft verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das absolute Highlight war der Innenpool – bei dem eher schlechten Wetter war er genau das Richtige, um trotzdem Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen zu lassen. Die Wassertemperatur lag konstant zwischen 31 und 34 Grad, was das Schwimmen besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Mariola war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns ein mobiles Babybett angeboten und bereitgestellt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch die Sauna im Keller war toll, sie braucht zwar etwas, bis sie richtig warm ist, aber wenn man ein bisschen Geduld mitbringt, wird es ein richtig schönes Sauna Erlebnis. Durch die Größe der Sauna können auch mehrere Personen gleichzeitig entspannen. Leider konnten wir den Außenpool wetterbedingt nicht wirklich nutzen, aber bei besserem Wetter wäre auch dieser sicher ein Highlight gewesen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal und die Kommunikation mit dem Host lief reibungslos und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung – 5 Sterne!

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

auch bei vielen kurzfristige Änderungen sehr hilfsbereit und kein Problem diese umzusetzen. sei es eine spontane Umbuchung des gewünschten Zeitraumes, eine Person mehr und individuelle Wünsche auf mehr "einzel"Schläfer als normal. die Gastgeberin kann ich nur bestens weiter empfehlen!

Very spacious and super modern house - cozy and luxurious with the added flair of having a sauna. Would def. recommend this place to any bigger group travelling & would come again!

Prachtig huis, goede uitvalsbasis om leuke dingen te ondernemen in München of omgeving. Prettig verblijf met een heel mooie ruimte voor actief tijdsverdrijf.

Das Haus im Bad Heilbrunnen ist eine großartige „Basis“ um von dort aus Touren in die Berge zu unternehmen. Das Haus selber lädt dabei dazu ein auch einfach dort die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der wohl einzige negative Punkt ist, dass man sich zwischen dem schönen Haus mit Garten und Unternehmungen im atemberaubenden Umland entscheiden muss.

A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

Alles wie beschrieben, Stephanie hat sehr schnell geantwortet und die Wohnung hat einen persönlichen Touch. Die Lage ist natürlich super. Check-in läuft persönlich und man bekommt nicht einfach nur einen keycode übermittelt, was wir schön finden. Für unser Kind wurde auch alles bereitgestellt. Dazu gab es ausreichend Handtücher und eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Müsli und Milch.

Stayed with a group of 4 people total. There was plenty of room, very clean and organized spot, and a great/safe location. The hosts were very responsive, offered recommendations, and were easy to communicate with! Very peaceful and walkable.

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We would enjoy staying at your home again someday.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft von Michael sehr schön, sauber und ruhig. Es waren schon viele Sachen vorhanden, wie z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Seife und Toilettenpapier. In der Umgebung konnte man viel unternehmen, ob in den Bergen oder am See. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub bei Michael sehr gefallen.

The place is very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and washer/dryer to clean your clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing! Great coffee machine that made us feel like baristas! The lake is within walking distance and has a restaurant and a Biergarten with food. The bus and metro system is really easy to use. There are two bus stops nearby the house. Download MVV app for ease of use. Two grocery stores within walking distance to grab drinks or even food to cook. If not in the mood to cook there are restaurants. The Italian restaurant, Tonino, was our favorite with delicious food, great service, and good prices. The hosts are beyond wonderful, quick to answer any needs, and very hospitable! We adore them and will be back again!

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung in super Lage. Kommunikation mit Alice war super angenehm und unkompliziert. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt (im Gegenteil: Viele Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind bereits vorhanden) und der Ausblick aus dem Garten ist atemberaubend. Perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar-Wanderung nach Scharnitz, Lautersee... - alle können direkt von der Unterkunft gestartet werden). Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nach Garmisch-Partenkirchen oder Innsbruck fußläufig zu erreichen. Immer wieder gerne!
