довольно чёткие инструкции по заселению. хозяева быстро отвечают и стараются выполнить ваши просьбы во время проживания. приятное общение, всегда подскажут как найти что-то или доехать, например,до ботанического сада. также пошли навстречу и заселили раньше на пару часов. что относится к отелю в целом он активно расширяется и в комплекс есть уже несколько входов на картах. поэтому вы можете запутаться при заказе такси и заселении. так же вне пляжного сезона большая часть развлечений недоступна. и УБОРКА НОМЕРОВ видимо тоже. так что было бы хорошо это знать заранее

My wife and I rented Temur's flat for about 2 months and we were both very satisfied with our decision. First off, the interior of the flat is expertly built and the quality is very high, including the appliances. The flat is large and fit for entertaining guests with all the stylish furniture, plates, and cups Temur has in place. There was one previous review that mentioned an issue with slow internet. This issue has been addressed and the speed is very good now. During our long stay we only had one maintenance issue which unfortunately happened late and night, around 11pm. Temur immediately responded and came to fix the issue himself. Temur was very responsive to any questions or issues we had throughout the stay. He also works nearby so that is an added benefit. The location is great. The building itself was kept very clean and in good order. Overall our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend staying with Temur.

Отличные апартаменты ! Все нужное для длительного пребывания уже было в квартире. Близко к морю , парку , набережной . Также рядом есть столовая, несколько кофеен, небольшой ресторан для ужина !

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a great location. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning view. Mayya was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. She also helped us out with a umbrella and seight seeing suggestions for the rainy days. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Квартира очень комфортная и прекрасно расположена вблизи пляжа. Стильная и функциональная кухня, на которой приятно готовить, комфортная спальня и прекрасная кровать с шикарным матрасом. Вишенка на торте - терраса и захватывающий вид на Батуми и море с 27 этажа. Майя (хозяйка квартиры) быстро реагировала на все вопросы и просьбы, благодаря чему отдых в Батуми прошёл максимально спокойно и комфортно. Обязательно вернёмся!

Рекомендую остановиться в этом доме. В доме чисто, красиво, все необходимое для проживания в есть. До Батуми добираться легко. Очень красивый вид с террасы. Спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство. А уж какое домашнее вино 😍.
