Large, stylish holiday flat with mountain panorama

You will stay in a large, stylish holiday flat in the historic Grafenburg. The flat has a terrace with a marvellous mountain view. The idyllic Luegsteinsee lake is just a few steps away from the house and invites you to swim and linger. In summer, it is the perfect starting point for hikes and tours on racing bikes or mountain bikes. In winter, there are nearby ski areas and cross-country ski trails. This beautiful accommodation is perfect for families and couples.

Seekitz vacation home - very close to the lake!

The apartment Seekitz is our apartment directly on the lake (350 m). Just outside the door, a variety of restaurants (Italians, Bavarian, Steakhouse, Burger and Co) awaits you, as well as the opportunity to walk on the shore path, to inquire by bike around the lake or area, as well as the climbing forest or the possibility to go by electric boat on the lake itself. (NO boat license required!) Bike cellar and underground parking space in the house.

Studio by the Lake, 60 m²

Studio by the Lake Large private studio with terrace. 4 minute walk to the lake. The studio was intentionally designed to provide wide space for thought, reflection and movement. Oak floors in the living space and heated tile in the bathroom. Very quiet area with a peaceful view. There is a private terrace overlooking a meadow and the lake with a path, that leads you to the lake. Bathroom has a bathtub for two and separate shower.

Fantastic apartment on the shore of Lake Chiemsee

Newly renovated apartment in the annex of a historic farm from the 15th century in a unique location. Direct lake access to the most beautiful Chiemsee shore with fantastic sunsets. The apartment has its own tiled stove and a large, fully equipped kitchen. The unique location by the lake allows you to cycle around the lake from the front door. A small terrace in the courtyard invites you for breakfast in the sun.

Bacherlhaus - Apartment 1

The Bacherlhaus, a soothing get-away surrounded by lake, mountain, forest and stream, is now in its second generation. Our Bacherlhaus became what it is now with a lot of sweat, love and with an eye on resource conservation: a refuge from the fast pace of everyday life. We hope to provide a lot of peace and relaxation in the dreamlike ambience of the Bacherlhaus. We have 3 different apartments to choose from.

Lake Retreat near Salzburg

Perfect for young adventurers between the ages of 4 and 40, the Refugio del Lago is an oasis surrounded by greenery, located almost directly on the lake. Depending on the season, fall asleep with the croaking of the frogs, wake up to bird chirping, harvest wild strawberries in your own garden. Fantastic location near the Mozart city of Salzburg with first-class transport connections (S2).

Lakeview Apartment Fernblick

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.

Lake view Irrsee - Zell am Moos - Badeplatz - 4-6P

Spacious apartment (62 m²) on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms and a living/dining room with sofa bed, complete kitchenette with dishwasher, suitable for 4-6 people, private balcony and beautiful lake panorama. Our garden and the swimming area with a bathing hut on Lake Irrsee can be used. The washing machine can be used for a fee.
