Von der freistehenden Badewanne und der XXL Dusche, bis zum gemütlichen Ofen im Wohnzimmer bleiben sicher keine Wünsche offen. Im großen Schlafzimmer steht Euch ein 1,80m x 2,00m Bett zum ausspannen zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, in direkter Nähe zum Zentrum.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist die freistehende Badewanne, mitten im Raum. Von hier aus genießt man ein entspanntes Bad mit spektakulärer Aussicht – eine perfekte Symbiose aus Luxus und Natur.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Spacious gable apartment for a getaway in the countryside

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Our trailer, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer accommodation services, keeping it completely mobile - while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.

Gemütliches Blockhaus in ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung mit Balkon und sonniger Terrasse inklusive Grillmöglichkeit. Gegen Aufpreis kann die hauseigene Sauna genutzt werden. Dank der guten Anbindung sind Köln und weitere Städte schnell erreichbar. Ein gut ausgebautes Wanderwegenetz sowie nahegelegene Talsperren laden zu erholsamen Ausflügen in die Natur ein.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
