The apartment on the first floor is located on a hill near Rosbach, quietly at the end of the settlement. Walking paths in the picturesque surroundings are 5 minutes away and in the lovingly maintained garden, a terrace space with a view is reserved for guests. The access to the garden starts from the car parking space. We live on the ground floor of the house and we look forward to meeting you or greeting you in the garden. We will be hosts again because we have had beautiful experiences with travel ourselves.

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The massively built, well insulated garden house with covered terrace is in the back of the beautiful garden. It is fully equipped with electric heating and a fireplace (steel with window), furniture, linen and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to Messe, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located near the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise nuisance until 23h.

Cute basement apartment with its own entrance and a large covered terrace. Here you have a relaxing view of nature. In the large garden, which is laid out in terraces, there is a small pool with an outdoor shower. Bathing and showering with the feeling of standing in the forest and only hearing the birds and seeing the squirrels. A small stream flows along the property. The hiking trail starts directly from the garden. Less than 30 min to downtown! 😊

Komm uns am Rande des Westerwald´s (Naturpark Rhein/Westerwald) im Sayntal besuchen und erleben die charmante Ferienwohnung auf einer Grösse von 75 Quadratmeter. Die helle Wohnung die mit viel Naturmatrialien und Liebe Restauriert wurde bietet einen hohen Standard. Durch liebevolle Kleinigkeiten und Details strahlt die Wohnung sehr viel Gemütlichkeit aus. Fantastic sleep in sustainably produced laundry. The property, pool, hot tub, sauna is not exclusive, it is shared with 2 guests and us! There are 2 apartments on the property.

Manor by the lake - 2 storeys Loft - near cities

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.

Historic barn

Quiet, lovingly furnished guesthouse in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60m² and completely renovated. It offers enough sleeping possibilities for 4 people plus baby/infant. A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi is available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.

Exclusive Architect House: Pool & Private Driveway

Prime location in the city center, directly opposite Kaufland and close to the A61. Highlight: Huge 1,800 m² garden with pool for relaxing! Private driveway with gate and parking for 2 cars. Only ~2 km to Borussia Park/Sparkassen Park. Bus stop nearby. Inside: home cinema (projector), air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 4 guests: sofa bed in the living room (2 people) plus bedroom (2 people).
