Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Spacious gable apartment for a getaway in the countryside

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Quiet modern apartment in the countryside

Gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment im Grünen mit Wallbox. Im Sommer hat das 36 qm große Apartment eine angenehm kühle Atmosphäre. Das Badezimmer hat Dusche und WC, sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheschrank. Der Wohnraum ist mit der Schlafecke ( ein Doppelbett) verbunden, optisch durch ein Sideboard mit Fernseher getrennt. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.
