Die Südwohnung im 2.OG ist die kleinere unserer beiden Ferienwohnungen. Auch sie ist liebevoll restauriert, lichtdurchstrahlt, verfügt über Galerie und über 5m Raumhöhe, und der Südbalkon bietet Berg pur.

Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Luggage is transported. Parts of the route can be crossed by cableway. Free-running farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment

Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Sie ist bekannt für ihre familienfreundlichen Skigebiete, ist eine der besten Mountainbikegebiete in Europa und bietet noch sehr viele Möglichkeiten für weitere Aktivitäten (Info website zugspitzarena). Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Familien (mit bis zu 4 Kindern).

Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.
