It is the ideal starting point for over 300 km of hiking trails and alpine climbs in the Rauris Valley - one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the Salzburg region. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and proximity to nature – perfect for a relaxing break or an active holiday in the mountains.

The modern, centrally located, quiet apartment "Enzian" (approx. 38 sqm) for 2 people with large balcony and feel-good bathroom, is located in the traffic-calmed spa zone 1 of Bad Reichenhall. The fantastic surroundings offer plenty of variety for sports activities and sightseeing. Within walking distance (only 5 minutes): train station, Rupertus spa with swimming pool, spa park, spa facilities, theater and spa guest center Bad Reichenhall. The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Relax in this special and cozy accommodation. Newly designed one-room apartment in a quiet yet central location. Ideal for all kinds of excursions. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

The bus runs through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. Perfect starting point for hiking, cycling, ski tours or simply to relax in the Berchtesgaden Alps or at the Königssee. You can do your grocery shopping in the small supermarket around the corner. The house has its own free parking space. A bus stop for driving to the city center or Berchtesgaden train station is also nearby.
