Our home is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking directly in front of the house. A 5-minute walk away, a forest area with pond invites you to take a walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center are less than a km away. A bus stop with connections to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is a few minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness, and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

The accommodation is about 200 square meters over two floors and is located in the preferred Bochum-Weitmar in a good location. The apartment is of high standard and tastefully decorated. The large fully equipped kitchen, as well as the conservatory are not the only highlights. The apartment is suitable for families, small groups and business people. In about 100 meters is a bus stop. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes.

A whole apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.- City center). There are many free parking options on our street, as well as on the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and can be reached super well by tram or on foot if you feel like stretching your legs. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

On the ground floor is the bathroom, which is used exclusively for this apartment. From the hallway, a staircase leads directly into the apartment to the kitchen/living room/bedroom. In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free

Our mobile tiny house, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer top accommodation services while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
