Own entrance, free street parking in cul de sac, 50 metres from the front door. 4miles from Bournemouth; 2 from Christchurch; 1 from Hengistbury Head. No pets. No under 5s.

Lots of wildlife including deer and the resident tawny owl. Under 10 minutes drive to 7 miles of golden Sandy beaches. 10 minute drive to New Forest. Lots of local bars and restaurants all walking distance away. Table tennis table, wood fired pizza oven and gas BBQ! Tree house for the children to use! Big rope swing at the bottom of the garden 😀

Upstairs is a spacious loft, ideal for relaxing or being more creative with some artwork. Outdoors there is a large garden, terrace with a BBQ area and chiminea. Guests will have the place to themselves.

A charming cottage set in a rural location

A charming cottage set in a rural location, nestled between Bournemouth and the New Forest. There is a large free car park on site and bicycle lock up. We are in green belt countryside with forest and Avon Heath Country Park & Moors Valley Country park close by (my favourite is Moors Valley). The road is a cul de sac and quiet, we have rabbits, dog called 'Poppy' and free roaming chickens.
