Julie was fantastic from initial contact. She was immediately responsive and accommodating. We’d prearranged a late checkin, and arrived to a lovely considerate welcome package including bread, milk and jams. Julie’s place was lovely, cosy and quiet. It had everything we could need, and access to it was safe, simple and private. Julie had lots of local recommendations for us when asked, which was appreciated. She was also keen to listen to our experiences to pass on to future guests. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed using our base to explore all the west coast had to offer. We enjoyed that the accomodation displayed some of Julie’s own artwork- we were even lucky enough to arrive during an artists open studio weekend, so had the pleasure of seeing Julie’s studio - an added bonus.

We had an excellent week at this property. Lovely location, we enjoyed our walks down to the beach each day with our dog. Such a lovely buzz on the beach, very chilled. The open top bus from the site to Sandbanks and Poole was great. Our teenage daughter and her friend made use of this a couple of times to go shopping and explore a little on their own. We visited Corfe Castle, which was in a lovely place and parked on the Purbeck car park (rather than the actual Castle Car Park) which gave a lovely scenic walk through and passed over the Steam Railway. We visited Lulworth Cove and did the cliff top walk over to Durdle Door, which was an amazing site. Weymouth is beautiful, very sunny that day so perfect for a sea side resort. We took a look at the Beach Hut, in a great place, with a green area, Cafe and play park. Would work really well as a base for enjoying yourselves, especially if you have younger children. Such a great experience. A fantastic place we would want to come to again. A gem in quirk and different. We stayed in the tree house and it was so peaceful because we were surrounded by nature. The perfect place to get away from ‘the hustle & bustle of life’ Will highly recommend and return to try the other accommodations listed. A great end to a great break in Dorset. Deb & Dunk x

Cozy little stay with brutal surroundings. Fully equipped so cooking for two is no issue!

We absolutely loved our stay. The caravan was gorgeous, clean, and in a great location to watch the sea and squirrels. We did not want to leave, a perfect cozy home by the sea.

Had a lovely three night stay in Acorn hut. Spacious and very private outdoor space with a hot tub for relaxing. Bathroom facilities were clean and shower was great. The hut itself was cosy with everything you need for a few nights away. Big enough for my partner and I as well as our large greyhound. The host was lovely and helpful with advice about places to go and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

Well laid out tiny home in it’s own garden at the rear of the house. Good location for walking and exploring the coastal path. Great cafe around the corner with a local shop for supplies. Will definitely be back.

Great little hut on the edge of the heathland, that perfectly suited a chilled night with our youngest son, he absolutely loved the hut, collecting wood for the fire and the rope swing . Perfect nights sleep had by all.

A lovely hut in the New Forest, beside the local pub (which we didn’t actually try). A peaceful location! Really well appointed, luxurious hut, with v comfy bed and a lovely bathroom! What more could you want!

The shepherd's hut is the perfect peaceful getaway if you want to be in the middle of nature. Ducks, geese and a peacock wander the lawn - slice of heaven

The hut is a good position for beach and lovely walks, The Haven pub is nice but does shut early sometimes. Comfy bed, good shower, off road parking is a bonus. because yell

A very relaxing couple of days at the Pond Barn. Great host with lots of personal touches! Hot tub was the highlight and a lovely way to totally relax and take in the beautiful views! Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely place away from it all. The host was very responsive and helped with any questions we had. The only downside to our stay was that the huts are in the same area as a campsite (not too close) which does have a curfew. There were a couple of nights when the campers may have lost track of time however this was not the hosts fault.
