The apartment with a spacious balcony was newly built in the center of the village in 2018, is accessible by elevator and is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living / dining area there are also 2 sofa beds. For your stay we provide towels and sheets. The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a seperate lockable storage room.

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Brochures for excursions are ready for you upon your arrival.

In the middle of it all and yet quiet. Our room with private bathroom has a separate entrance with a key safe. You can take your bike in with you and there are floor sockets for charging your e-bike. We would like to offer a friendly oasis for solo travelers to take a breather. Can also be booked for just one night.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
