Holiday rentals with a patio in Çalış Beach

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Great location. 10-15 walk to Calis Beach. Unit was well presented with lots of added extras. i.e air fryer, paper towel, dishwasher plus tablets, extra towels, beach towels Located about 5 km from Fethiye. Bus and water taxi were convenient

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

A very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with a lovely garden. Self check-in and parking were very convenient. There are also great supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

The location of the house was perfect. The minibus line between Fethiye and Ölüdeniz runs through the street in front of the house. It has a service every 10-15 minutes. You will not have any problems with transportation. You can reach Ölüdeniz or Kayaköy by minibus in 15-20 minutes. Dining on the balcony of the house was very enjoyable. We had a nice week with my wife. Thank you to Ms. Pelin and her family for their hospitality.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The checkin process was simple and well-communicated. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and all the little touches made it feel like a home away from home.

We were very satisfied with our 4 night stay with 5 people. Mr. Metehan was a host who thought of everything down to the last detail. She was helpful even with our smallest need. The interior and garden part of the house were very tidy and quite clean. Every room was just like the photos, there was no difference. We definitely plan to stay here for our next trips. Hayrettin, a very nice courteous man who is always available to the minute no matter what the matter was, always asked if everything was okay and would have come immediately in case of problems. Handed everything over very cleanly and the location is very easy to reach everywhere by car and not so far away. Everything you need is in the villa. Always happy to come back!

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a very clean house in a good location. The host is very accommodating and explaining how the laundry machine worked. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans and anything else you might need.

The house was so much nicer than it looked. We did not have any problems during our stay. The host Mr. Mert was very hospitable and caring. He informed us about what we can do. He responded quickly to all our questions. Thank you for supporting us in having a nice holiday.

Uğur Bey greeted us at the entrance. The apartment is extremely clean, the location on the block is nice, the pool is very clean, the size is sufficient. It was busy as it was early June. Mr. Uğur is on fire to help with anything. We thank him very much. We had a lovely 5 days as a family. As of the location of the house, I can say that it is equal to both the dead and the city center. It's easy to get anywhere you want with your vehicle. When we come back to Fethiye, it will be one of the places we prefer.

It is a clean, elite, safe and very comfortable facility. It was by the sea, there were no cars passing by, the variety of restaurants and places around it, everything was very good.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Max 8 minutes to the bus station in terms of location. It is driven by car. In addition, the house was as shown in the photos, there was no problem with cleaning, there was no problem with cleaning, it was already very active in the other rooms, and it was clear from the cleaning in your own room. Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The apartment is very comfortable, close to the city trade and easy access to Oludeniz Beach (by car). The host made us very comfortable, and still offered us a treat for appetizer on one of the nights, in addition to the flexible check-out.
