Holiday rentals with a patio in Çalış Beach

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Great location. 10-15 walk to Calis Beach. Unit was well presented with lots of added extras. i.e air fryer, paper towel, dishwasher plus tablets, extra towels, beach towels Located about 5 km from Fethiye. Bus and water taxi were convenient

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

A very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with a lovely garden. Self check-in and parking were very convenient. There are also great supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

Evin konumu mükemmeldi. Fethiye ile Ölüdeniz arasında çalışan minibüs hattı evin önündeki caddeden geçiyor. 10-15 dakikada bir seferi var. Ulaşım konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamazsınız. 15-20 dakika içinde minibüsle Ölüdeniz’e veya Kayaköy’e ulaşabilirsiniz. Evin balkonunda yemek yemek çok keyifliydi. Eşim ile güzel bir hafta geçirdik. Fethiye merkezde tam olarak fiyat performans, ailenizle kalabileceğiniz bir apart. Bence bir evde en önemli detay temizlik ve ev gayet temizdi. Biz havanın daha ısınmadığı bir mevsimde geldik, klimayla ısıtılıyor ve yorgan vb bulunduğu için hiç sorun yaşamadık. Havuz olanağından yararlanmak ve etraftaki koyları keşfetmek için yaz dönemi de mutlaka deneyimlenmeli. Ev sahibi de gayet ilgili, teşekkür ederiz💐

Samet und seine Mutter waren super lieb und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten! Absolut zu empfehlen! Alles war wie vermutet und gemäss den Bildern. Die Unterkunft war super zentral und einfach zu erreichen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The checkin process was simple and well-communicated. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and all the little touches made it feel like a home away from home.

5 kişi ile birlikte 4 gecelik konaklamamızdan oldukça memnun kaldık. Metehan bey her şeyi en ince detayına kadar düşünen bir ev sahibiydi. En küçük ihtiyacımızda bile yardımcı oldu. Evin içi ve bahçe kısmı çok düzenli ve oldukça temizdi. Her oda fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, hiçbir fark yoktu. Sonraki seyehatlerimizde de kesinlikle burada konaklamayı düşünüyoruz. Çok teşekkürler.

Hayrettin, ein sehr netter zuvorkommender Mann der stets auf die Minute erreichbar ist egal welche Sache es doch war, immer nachgefragt hat ob alles in Ordnung ist und bei Problemen auch sofort gekommen wäre. Hat alles sehr sauber übergeben und die Lage ist mit dem Auto überall sehr gut zu erreichen und nicht so weit weg. Es ist alles da was man benötigt in der Villa. Immerwieder gerne!

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place surrounded by nature Perfect spot for who want a piece of tranquility and privacy immerse in the beautiful nature. The villa is 20 min far by car from Fethiye The description matched with the reality The host is always ready to answer to any request at any time. Ev sahibi Seda Hanım çok kibar ve ilgiliydi. Ev düzenli ve temizdi , konumu gayet güzeldi. Biz 10 kişi ve 2 adet köpeğimiz ile konakladık. Bu kadar kalabalık olmamıza rağmen ev bize çok yeterli geldi. Bahçesi çok güzeldi. Her şey için Seda Hanım ' a teşekkür ediyoruz. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Ev göründüğünden çok daha güzeldi. Kaldığımız süre boyunca herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık.Ev sahibi Mert bey çok misafir perver ve ilgiliydi. Yapabileceklerimiz hakkında bizleri bilgilendirdi. Tüm sorularımıza hızlıca dönüş sağladı.Güzel bir tatil geçirmemizde destek sağladığı için teşekkür ederiz.

Uğur Bey girişte bizi karşıladı. Daire son derece temiz, bloktaki konumu güzel, havuz çok temiz bakımı yapılıyor, büyüklüğü yeterli. Haziran başı olması nedeniyle yoğunluk azdı. Uğur bey her konuda yardımcı olmak için adeta yanıp tutuşuyor. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ailecek güzel bir 5 gün geçirdik. Ev konum itibariyla hem ölüdenize hem şehir merkezine eşit uzaklıkta diyebilirim. Aracınız ile istediğiniz heryere ulaşmanız çok kolay . Fethiyeye tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz yerlerden olacak.

Temiz, elit, güvenli ve çok rahat bir tesisti. Deniz kenarında olması, önünden araba geçmemesi, çevresindeki restoranlar mekanların çeşitliliği, her şey çok iyiydi.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Tam anlamıyla çok iyi. Sanki bir dostunuza misafir olarak gitmiş gibisiniz. O kadar güzel ve hoş otel sahibine bir kaç ihtiyacım için yazdığım hemen çözüm odaklı olup çözdü kendi derdi gibi ilgienip yardımcı oldu. Konum olarak otogara max 8dk. Arabayla giidiliyor. Ayrıca ev fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi hiç bir kusur yoktu temizlik ile ilgili bşr sorun yok zaten personelin çok aktif çalıştığını diğer odalardan görüp hemde kendi odanızdaki temizlikten anlasılıyordu. fethiyeye geldiğimde her zaman bu apartı tercih edicem her şey için teşekkürler

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

O apartamento é muito confortável, perto do comércio da cidade e de fácil acesso para a praia de Oludeniz (de carro). O anfitrião nos deixou muito a vontade, e ainda nos ofereceu um mimo para aperitivo em uma das noites, além do check-out flexível.
