We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach - ideal if you want to take a stroll, go out for a meal or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation truly special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Ozans place for 3 days and had a great time. It is in a quiet neighborhood and also not far from the beach

During our stay, Mr. Özgür and his brother were very friendly. We checked in quite late because we came from far away, but when we arrived, they greeted us with a smile. Everything was as in the photo, even more beautiful. Mr. Özgür has thought of everything to make the stay easier. There was a huge bed and it was very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Especially the garden was our favorite. There was a garden area larger than the house and it belonged to us completely. You should stay in this place in the heart of Kayaköy. We thank Mr. Özgür and his team for everything. It was a place I encountered by chance, but I intend to stay again as soon as possible. 🙏🏻

Loved every minute in this villa! Very modern, clean place with a gorgeous pool and luxurious hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring! Can’t fault our stay, a very smooth check in, even though we arrived very late, we weren’t made to feel bad and welcomed/greeted at the villa to be shown around… Town is a short taxi drive away but it is walkable… Ferhat was always contactable if needed and took us in his taxi anywhere we needed which was really nice, as all we needed to do was message him and he came almost straight away! Overall a lovely holiday! Thank you!

Mr. Orhan was extremely interested in everything you could think of with his interest and relevance from the first moment we entered the house to our exit, everything you might need in the house was tastefully chosen up to the smallest detail, the house is much more pleasant than it looks in the photos, the beauty of the house and definitely five stars with the interest of the host! We highly recommend it to those who are in the research phase:)

good accommodation and cooperative host

Everything was great! We had an excellent stay and Gokhan provided us with everything we needed. Gokhan is a fantastic host, very responsive, helpful, local recommendation, happily to answered all our questions and made us feel at home. He also speaks good English which helps a lot .Highly recommend this place for families.

We came to this villa for the 2nd time, and it was another great family holiday. Inlice is a quiet village and a great place to relax and disconnect, while being only 10m drive from Gocek with its restaurants and shopping street. The house and the garden are in a very good condition, with everything necessary readily available. The host is very friendly and responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations (e.g. finding a boat for a day in the sea). Thank you Murat for hosting us!

We had a very positive experience at this Airbnb. The place was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect—convenient and easy to get around. One of the highlights for our family was the swimming pool—our kids absolutely loved it! Overall, a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

I planned a marriage proposal for my girlfriend. First of all, I would like to thank brother Brigade and Tufan brother. Everything was so beautiful and meaningful, the time and amenities we spent in the house were great. Cleanliness was very important to us. We thought about buying a very clean and very romantic house for a while, thank you very much for😂 everything. We will definitely meet again...🙏

It was a quiet, peaceful place to go as a family. The cleaning was good, the needs were considered. Mr. Serkan was very interested and approached our problems in a solution-oriented way. We liked it very much, we recommend it.

From day one great communication no problems getting to the Villa where we was greeted by Ulas who speaks English, lovely home and pool everything we needed was there, immaculate pool cleaned early everyday. We also was given a taxi number by the host very reliable and honest taxi driver was excellent for our 14 nights. Will need a taxi or vehicle to get to Calas Beach just down the road.

The villa was magnificent, we could only stay for a few days because our holiday was short, but we plan to come again at the first opportunity. This 3-room villa has everything you need, the rooms are very spacious, each room has a large balcony, bathroom, TV, etc👌. The room on the top floor also has a jacuzzi. The linens and everything else were clean. It has a very large garden and a very large pool. Every morning, the pool attendant came early and cleaned the pool.🙏 Fethiye is already a very beautiful place with its nature, sea and many features. There are many places to visit. The villa is about 5-6 minutes by car from Ölüdeniz. Babadağ cable car is 3-4 minutes away. I've vacationed in many places in the region, but this house was the best in every way ✅️ Ms. Arife responded to all our questions immediately, we thank her again for her hospitality, and we hope to see her as soon as possible

Very beautiful house, cozy, clean, everything is thought out. Lovely yard. Responsive, friendly host. There is everything you need. A quiet place with a beautiful mountain view. Of the minuses, only low lighting, but so in almost all apartments and houses in Turkey :)

Very nice house which can accommodate complete family, walking distance to sea and the park… walking distance to supermarkets and some main restaurant… considering the high demand of Fathiye customers this place is value for the money, for sure I will come again in the future

The house was so clean and had a good back yard, also it's not far from the beach and the center, I enjoyed staying there alot and the price was worth it totally

No parking problems, the view is magnificent. A pet-friendly and clean house. We were able to access everything we needed. Hope to see you next year 😊

We had a very nice 4 days, they helped us in every way, there was a family environment

Clean and interesting interior. The flat was good and it was warm in where. Ugur was friendly and answered all our questions. It can be noisy on night until 1 am because a bar located across of a road. But, it was good seating on the balcony with the beer and listening to the music from the bar. Probably, not ideal for travelers with a small baby. Calic beach is 3 minutes walking, but we were prefer go to Oludeniz

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Mr. Halil and his family are very caring and friendly people. Mr. Halil responds to your questions immediately. The house is as in the photos. The kitchen was quite sufficient, the pool was clean. There is a grocery store in the neighborhood where you can find most things. There are minibuses and buses passing by, so you won't have any problems with transportation. If you have a car, Fethiye coast is 13-15 minutes away.

Ayhan was very kind, welcoming and helpful. He asked us several times if everything was working well or if we needed help. The accommodation is very clean and the pool is great with lots of deckchairs available and tables in the shade for eating. A friendly atmosphere.
