The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and TV, as well as to the spacious living room with large dining table, TV, fold-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

All units are turn-key for tourists or business travelers who are looking for alternatives to the standardized, often impersonal hotel atmosphere. Short-term rental is also available for weekend and family guests, or trade fair exhibitors and visitors. For groups of up to 22 people, we make the whole statthaus available exclusively.
