A twenty-year experience in the kitchens of luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants across Asia, the Middle East, the United States, Northern Europe, the Caribbean, and Italy. From an apprentice fresh out of culinary school to becoming a chef leading a brigade, I have always approached my passion for fine cuisine with the utmost dedication. However, it is since I have dedicated myself exclusively to working as a private chef that I can focus all my energy on serving my guests. By creating menus tailored to their specific needs, my intercontinental experience has enabled me to cater to clients from diverse countries, understanding their tastes and adapting my cuisine to their culture.

"WINE SPEAKS A LANGUAGE THAT THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS" ( Laura ) I truly believe that wine brings serenity and unites the peoples. I thought of bringing the wine from my Monferrato on Lake Como. I come from Piedmont and I live in Como since 2018. I love this lake, I know the emotion you feel when you arrive and from your holiday home you can enjoy the view. So with this beautiful atmosphere, I thought you would live an entirely Italian experience. I love cooking the recipes of grandmothers, I love discovering Italian handicrafts. I have many friends, small companies with family condition, that send me their products from all over Italy. So I propose my menu, with all my passion and experience. I combine every dish with a bottle of wine, from my Monferrato (Piedmonte). I know you are already curious, I am already looking forward to meet you

Undressed from the marketing manager clothes after spending ten-years in developing my structured career path, today my greatest passion - food and cooking - is finally my own business. The participation in some Masterchef episodes, the long study hours at the Food Genius Academy in Milan as well as the hard work in Michelin-starred restaurants and other fine awarded diners...all of this has made me a highly motivated, passionate and professional personal chef since 2016.
