Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Delaware County

Jen & Caroline’s place was exactly as described and just what we needed for a Catskills getaway. We even got to see a hometown Saint Patrick’s day parade that Jen and Caroline recommended - and allowed us to check out a little late so we could attend. So sweet. Would recommend for your Catskills vacation.

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb was everything we were hoping for, nestled in a beautiful nook among the trees, it felt like a perfect escape. The house itself was cozy, warm, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed working from the deck, surrounded by nature. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and we also took advantage of the area for runs and bike rides. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away and recharge!

This is year six for staying at Doug’s house. We won’t stay anywhere else. The house is beautiful and immaculate. It has every amenity you need. It has the best price point compared to anything else. We are already planning our stay for next year. Doug is an outstanding host . He cares that you have a great time at his place.

The Airbnb rental was just as described convenient and easy to access. Beth and Tom were proactive and kept me a prize of local events happening.

John was a fantastic host and I am already looking forward to our next stay. If your looking for a great place to stay while staying in the Catskills then I highly recommend John's place.

My family and I had a wonderful time here even in the rain! It’s so cozy and beautiful. We had a blast sitting by the fire to make s’mores. The kids had lots of space to run and play too! The Mountain View was everything you could ever want. I never wanted to leave. Host was very responsive when I had a question. It was extremely quiet and beautiful. The towns nearby were also very charming.

We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

Had a wonderful stay here. Was perfect for our quick visit to SUNY Delhi. Great communication from our host and everything clean and organized! We were looking forward to arriving and heading downstairs to eat at the pub but it closes at 4 on Sundays so just be aware if that is your idea too. We were able to go the next day before heading home and had some great chicken wings! Cute town-we’ll be back and hope to stay here again!

Eagles ridge farm was such a beautiful and comfortable stay! I came here with my partner and the property could not have been more beautiful. The bed was comfy, the space warm and cozy, and the accommodations perfectly stocked. I hope to come here again for our next Catskills trip! Totally recommend to all looking for a memorable getaway.

It really is like being at home. It is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by lots of snow and lots of pine trees. lots of towels and lots of blankets. We really had a great time, and Myrna and Mike, they are really great and very friendly. one hundred percent recommendable

Cheri’s place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. I got in later than expected and was greeted by homemade pumpkin bread! If you stay, be sure to check out the bakery across the street.

David and Merry were some of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even choosing not to rent out the other part of the house during our visit to give us more privacy. They welcomed us warmly, shared great local tips, helped us book a restaurant and even sent us a bottle of wine there. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would absolutely love to come back!

We loved our stay. The space has the charm of a historic building but is nicely modernized at the same time. Check in was a breeze with very clear instructions from David. We did not get to try the restaurant downstairs on this trip although we popped in for a nightcap and sat out on the comfortable porch and watched the rain. Inside the apartment, the sound from the restaurant was minimal. The space itself was very clean and well appointed. Overall, we were very comfortable and happy with our stay.

Randy & Kim’s place was the absolute nicest done & cleanest airbnb I’ve ever been to & I’ve stayed at a lot of very nice places! The beds, pillows, couch, linens & towels were all extremely comfortable too! It was stocked with everything we ended up needing that we hadn’t thought to bring which was a relief! The fireplace by the water & games made for great entertainment! The kayaks were available however we ran out of time to enjoy however the hosts even answered questions & let us know in advance that preservers were provided! Randy & Kim were both very friendly & extremely helpful! I can’t thank them enough for providing such a wonderful place for my family to stay during my daughter’s graduation!
