The apartment was in a great location, nice and clean but because there is four towers with the same name the taxi driver got confused dropping us off at the correct one but the host was great and directed us ASAP when we got lost

This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Beautiful house where we enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and the beautiful decor. We found the different terraces by the pool and by the house very nice and tastefully decorated. We were missing a sink stopper and a parasol by the pool. This was immediately arranged when we asked about it. Very nice. The view at the house as well as the surroundings is really beautiful. Lots of options for walks. We'd love to come back.

The apartment is great. Very clean, good location and spectacular views. Our stay there was unbeatable, we felt at home from the first moment. There was no shortage of details for us or for our dog Mia. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely repeat!!! 😊

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

Very clean and well maintained residence, quiet this season

Luis was a great host. the apartment was very well equipped and extremely private. The balcony was bathed in sun all day and was a wonderfully peaceful place to sit and gaze at the view. We loved it! Luis' recommendations for restaurants etc were great and he even helped us make the reservations. We would love to return

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

This lovely place is located in the serene foothills of the Montgó mountain. We enjoyed views of the mountain from the couch and the rooftop terrace. The peace was palpable. Elisa accepted a last minute same-day check in and gave us clear instructions to enter the property. She was available for anything we needed. This apartment is located just removed enough from the bustle of the city center, but close enough to access all amenities in minutes. We loved visiting organic cafe Con Alma, walking the lovely Paseo, having pizza at Casa Papat, getting organic groceries at Herbolario Navarro on the Paseo. The beach is very close by. Stars are beautifully visible at night. During the day we enjoyed eating meals in the private, lovely outdoor terrace area. Elisa accommodated our toddler and our two cats during our stay. My husband adored this apartment for all the reasons mentioned and more and would have loved to stay longer. Would visit and stay here again. Highly recommend.

Had a great time at Lora’s house! We stayed over a month and it was a really nice place to stay for a longer period. The house is located on a hill, which is a climb to walk to from the beach/Harbour, but then again the view from the spacious terrace is amazing! I really recommend this accommodation, also the communication with Lora was great!

Fabian was an excellent host, very attentive. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, the pool in the development is great and it is close to many services. We will definitely repeat.

Beautiful villa, looking forward to our next visit

It is a nice little place on the outskirts of Dénia. You can reach the nearest Lidl and consum in 5 minutes by car, but also a little later at the harbor. Walking is a bit far and steep. But for that you have your peace at the house, no traffic and also a very quiet neighborhood. The property is large so the little ones can let off steam. The pool and hot tub are also impeccable. The distribution is unbeatable. There is a main apartment with 2 bedrooms and a secondary apartment that also has a separate bathroom. Simply brilliant. It was great for us! Everything you need is available in the kitchen. If necessary, even boxes to store the rest of the food. We didn't need it, but it was there and that was great. Lots of pots and pans. One thing wasn't quite as good, but not bad. Only one knife was sharp. A little clumsy to cut tomatoes, but I used the steak knives for that. :) We were very pleased!

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic to wake up with such a beautiful view every morning. You look directly at the beautiful mountain ‘Montgo’. What a lovely house, cozy but at the same time you’ve got all the space. We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage has all the necessary facilities, as an bonus; mega fast and stable internet! The communication with Martha was great, she is very helpful. We definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is just like in the pictures. Very clean and has everything. The urbanization is super quiet and very taken care of. The location is great, next to Consum and with the beach at the end of the street. Communication with Concepción is very fluid. Totally recommended!

We had a full month in the apartment and we were very comfortable. The beach is 1 min walk, literally stuck, and the pool is great. The best part of the house is the spacious terrace, where you can make life. Jesus was very attentive from day one and gave us good recommendations on where to eat and what places to visit. The area is very quiet, maybe too much. Near the apartment there are very good restaurants, yes, you will have to take the car or take a good walk along the bike path. We value our stay very well and will take it into account in case we repeat a trip to the area.

We had a great time at Pablo's house, very communicative, always attentive to every detail. The location is great, as you are a 5-minute walk from a fantastic beach, with hardly any people and with sailing activities, a very quiet area, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, the Mistral bar on the way to the beach opens around 7, good coffee and nice people. If you want to go to Gandia, Dénia, Jávea, etc. it's a short drive. I recommend Pablo's house, especially if you are looking for tranquility, disconnection, beach and restaurants, a 10.

Fantastic communicatin. Helpful and responsive. If you want a good space with excellent views and near the beach, this is ideal. We had very good communication, friendly and responsive. If you want a good living space, near the beach and good eating places, close to Benidorm, 10-15 min away in Taxi, you could not get better. Very highly recomend,for your holiday base
