The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. With us at Hadermannhof you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and nature or you can participate in the hustle and bustle at the farm. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
