We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

Wow! Unique 75m² City-Apartment "Dortmund's Pearl"

The apartment is back on Airbnb from November 2021 onwards and we want to try it after a COVID-break with this apartment. The location of the apartment is very central and perfect. You have the top floor apartment (65m² - 4th floor) just for you. Tram and S-Bahn can be reached in about 5 minutes. From the city center, it is not even 10 minutes to the apartment. Now with TV (Internet-enabled and SAT). The apartment is just 5 minutes away from the great Dortmund opera.

Our 65sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of our detached house and has a wonderful view of the countryside. You live here very relaxed and quiet. Nevertheless, the city center, the stadium, local recreation areas or the Westfalenhalle can be reached quickly. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance.
