Quiet apartment in the south of Dortmund

We are renting a cozy, quietly located apartment measuring approximately 25 m² (269 sq. ft.) in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönixsee (reachable in 10 minutes by bus or car). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, the city center by bus and subway approx. 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can accommodate approx. 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

A whole apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.- City center). There are many free parking options on our street, as well as on the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and can be reached super well by tram or on foot if you feel like stretching your legs. Just a minute's walk from Lake Phönix in a 100-year-old house in a traditional working-class district is our apartment "Bergmann". It has recently been freshly renovated and is modernly furnished.
