In the living room you have an open kitchen, with plenty of space and a fireplace. There is stucco in the entire apartment. Pets are allowed. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.

Family apartment in the south of Duisburg

We have a 110 sqm apartment for 4 people in our house. There is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access in both the living room and both bedrooms. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 am - 9 pm) is of course possible as well as breakfast with us in the morning. Both are included in the price. Studenten der Fernuni und Frauen sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.
