Quiet modern apartment in the countryside

Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in the countryside with wallbox. The 36 sqm apartment is located in a 2-family house in which we and a daughter with child live. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a laundry closet. The living room is connected to the sleeping area (a double bed), optically separated by a sideboard with a TV. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

In the kitchen-living room there is a sofa bed and a TV. Opposite in the kitchen is, among other things, a brand new coffee machine. Access to the beautiful large balcony is from the kitchen. In the modern bathroom there is a shower with toilet and sink and window. In the hallway there is a large mirror, a chest of drawers and storage room. In the bedroom a double bed, cabinet, wardrobe and a fold-out mattress for a 4th person. Lots of books and games for rainy days.

Our 'Villa Kunterbunt' with the apartment is located in Dortmund-Hombruch, one of the most attractive districts of the south of Dortmund with central connections to the University of Dortmund, the soccer stadium, the Dortmund / Westfalenhallen trade fair and the city center. The Hombruch city center with cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors and numerous shopping opportunities is within walking distance in 2-3 minutes. Parking is available in front of the house.

Centrally located in the countryside, near Tony Cragg

About 15 minutes walking distance from Elberfeld train station and city center, the separately accessible apartment is located in the DG of our two-family house, surrounded by gardens and close to the edge of the forest. It has Wi-Fi, sat TV, DVD player DVD player and parking on our property with private charging facility (wallbox 22 kW) for electric cars. If other check-in/check-out times are required, please inquire in person.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
