Lovely apartment in the green south of Dortmund. You will stay in a fully equipped 48 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor in a 4-family house. Practically right outside the front door is the Schwerter Wald and very close to the popular Phönixsee. In the "village center," which you can reach in a few minutes' walk, you will find a supermarket, bakery, snack bar and restaurants. Good connection by public transport to Dortmund city, the BVB stadium and the Westfalenhalle.

A whole apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.- City center). There are many free parking options on our street, as well as on the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and can be reached super well by tram or on foot if you feel like stretching your legs. The apartment offers three spacious bedrooms, one with garden views. Two of them are equipped with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm). The third bedroom is accessible via another, has a 160 x 200 cm bed, as well as an optimal sofa bed. Accordingly, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Towels and linens are also provided in the apartment. The property is easily accessible by S-Bahn (U42).
