The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The expansive meadow is a popular spot for kites travelers in the fall and winter, whether it's with a triple or skis. In the summer it's possible to swim in the nearby pond.
