This property is peaceful, clean and cozy. It corresponded to the information provided about the property: The glazed balcony and the spacious river landscape visible from all windows crown the ensemble. For those traveling by car, a parking space is available at the same price. Life is made easier by S-market across the street. It is open Mon-Sat from 7 am to 10 pm, Sun from 9 am to 10 pm. The distance between the accommodation and the city center is short. Just cross the river along the Suvantos bridge and you are already at the market. If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking lot and move around carefree on foot without parking problems. Communication with the hosts went smoothly without any problems. Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Finnish design and amazing old world gems in the interior! I listened to the radio a lot. The location was just right for my visit. Cold refreshments in the fridge rinsed the dust of the journey from the throat. Very successful trip to Varkaus. Recommended. Thanks, Jukka!

Very nice and tidy apartment in a good and peaceful place.😊 Nice neighborhood! A short trip to the store and downtown services. Everything you need was found in the apartment. A big plus is the air source heat pump and sauna! Check-in is easy and flexible with a lockbox. We're really happy with this stay!😊

We are staying with Martin again. A completely perfect accommodation near the center of Kuopio. In a quiet area in front of the lake. The apartment has everything you need. Great sleeping places, sauna, well-equipped kitchen, yard and great pictures to admire. We will definitely return to Kortteri on our future trips to Kuopio.

We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best places we have stayed. It is a very quiet, peaceful location, surrounded by nature and beauty. If that's what you are looking for then this is the place for you. The house is stunning and modern with great views, the sauna is wonderful and encourages relaxation. We also loved using the boat and swam in the lake about 6 times each day! It's worth stocking up on food in one of the big supermarkets like the one in Lahti, but there are some amazing restaurants within a 35-40 minute drive. We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

The villa is beautifully and restfully decorated and very bright. Spotlights bring a cozy vibe. The beds are very good. We needed blackout curtains. Reflector vests and headlamps can be found in the coat rack. The dishes are well and beautiful. There are all the tools for cooking. Vacationers felt very welcome. It was pleasant to do business with the landlady. There were three generations of us spending a holiday week in this beautiful and cozy log villa.

Its an amazing place with Very Big size Balcony! The Spa is truly a gem.

One of the best Airbnb stays I've had. Seija left the key to a very convenient R-kiosk location and gave very helpful information about trams to use to get to her place. The location is great: two tram stops just a hop and a skip away and lots of restaurants and a grocery stores in the immediate area. The building and the area were quiet. The sea shore, with a long walking/biking path (that you could take to the market square or beyond) is definitely worth checking out; you can get there in 5 minutes on foot, and there are lots of restaurants, ice cream stands, etc. along the path. The apartment itself is comfy, stylish, and well equipped. The bathroom with its own, spacious sauna is beautiful! I really appreciated the fact that shampoo and other bath essentials were available, as were the basics for cooking. Very handy. I give the apartment and location as well as Seija as a host five stars!

A great apartment, very nicely arranged in a new apartment building, located not in the very center of the city, but because there is a metro nearby, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the center, counting the access to the station. The advantage of the apartment is also a large loggia, with a nice view, you can relax there in the evening after a day of sightseeing in Helsinki. And of course, the host, who cares about the comfort of guests, is very helpful, thank you:)

Satu was a friendly, flexible and nice host and the flat was perfect for our stay. The bed was super comfortable and the location is unbeatable if you want to stay at this part of Helsinki. Full recommendation :)
