Enjoy the charming setting of this romantic boat in downtown Nantes, in front of Île Versailles. Small boat but very cozy, the bed is located in the main room. You will find the same thing inside as in the photos. A kitchen, a bed, a sofa bed, the captain's bunk in the back. A small bathroom with shower and dry toilet (important accuracy). Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

chalet on the water close to all amenities(train station, shops, public transport, convention center, castle...) You'll be in a cocoon in the city center. Life on the water is governed by a few small ecological rules and some uncertainties depending on the season.(Water cut off by negative temperature, a sanitary block is available.)
