Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Florida Keys

The house was very clean and inviting upon arrival. Nice location short drive to great restaurants and local grocery stores also less than 5min walk to the beach. Mr Eddie responded in a timely manner when we had questions. All in all we had a great time and very much enjoyed our stay! Thanks Mr Eddie

Cheryl’s place is in the perfect location in the heart of Islamorada. Listening to the live music on the back deck to wind down every night was an added plus! Cheryl was super accommodating & definitely thinks about bettering her guests’ stay. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! Everything from the instructions for checkin and out from the host to the beautiful house and location was above and beyond. The houae is so perfect and you truly feel like you are in Paradise everyday! The sunrise and sunset are breathtaking from the deck/dock. ALL of the advertised pictures are exactly what to expect but even better in person. I enjoyed the pool as much as sitting on the deck and dock. Our son is 12 and a fisherman and he was able to fish from sun up to sundown! Our family will be returning hopefully several more times! Thank you Luis for sharing your piece of Paradise will our family!

We were very comfortable at the home during our week stay. Great place to stay if you need room to park a boat trailer. Quiet very nice safe neighborhood.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Dennis is amazing and had several great recommendations for us to eat and do! The dock out back was beautiful and we were even able to see manatees! The pool was a GREAT addition and my family wouldn’t have wanted to explore the Keys any other way! The neighbors are also friendly and great to talk to! Overall beautiful place! My family and I would stay again!

Absolutely outstanding rental. Don’t change a thing. Fabulous location on the water in the center of the Keys. Super comfortable furniture, super well-stocked kitchen. Love that everything in this unit was good quality. Nothing was cheap, we really appreciated that. Quiet & relaxing. Our only gripe was we couldn’t find the place initially. We were following written directions sent by the management company that had not been updated; turns out the ‘turning point building’ no longer existed. The road into the complex looks more like a parking lot. We also initially didn’t receive our entry code, but it came immediately after we notified the management company. Then we got a second (and different) code, but one of them did work. The A/C wasn’t working well during our stay; however It was fixed a day & a half after notifying the management company.

Jessica went above and beyond! I have never had a better experience! I highly recommend staying at one of Jessica’s homes! We couldn’t think of a single complaint even if we tried! 10/10!!!!! We cannot wait to come back next year! ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at Tranquility Guest House — we were able to check in early and everything was already clean and prepared for us. The host was very responsive and helpful with messaging which was reassuring. The pool is also clean, quiet, and private. Overall this is a great value for the money and the location is perfect!

The shower was amazing. Plenty of hot water and extremely spacious. Studio unit 1 was clean. We used the grill for hamburgers and hot dogs. No one was at the pool. Very private. We enjoyed kayaking. The instructions include pictures to show you how to unlock and lock everything.

Wow! What a fabulous apartment! We had the most amazing stay to celebrate my birthday! This apartment had everything we needed, a home from home! Immaculate throughout and in such a central location with AMAZING views!! These hosts were fantastic! Thank you so much! If you’re looking to stay in Miami, this is the one to book!

Stayed at Vanessa’s place twice while visiting the Keys. Quiet, clean and private. A great host and would definitely stay again next time a visit. Easy access to everything off the highway and great amenities with the pool and beach nearby. 10/10.

Leticia had a wonderful Airbnb to stay in in Naples. We were close to everything including the beaches downtown and the Everglades. It’s definitely worth the money.

This was a great place to stay in Tavanier! Very close to Key Largo and a short drive to all the charters and activities in Islmarada. Very roomy condo with every at home convenience. Great community pool that had food and drinks available on site from Island Grill. Will definitely consider staying here again. Also.....our host "Largo" was great to deal with. Nice, Friendly, and quick to answer any questions. My boys and I had a wonderful stay!

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay! it was a very beautiful/clean condo, had everything we needed, and the recommendations from the Hosts were on point! We stayed one night on the south end of Marco at a Hotel (on our last night) on the beach with ocean front view and let me tell you, we LOVED the Air BNB more than the Hotel stay and will definitely book with these Hosts over any Hotel again! Saw Dolphins off our dock every Sunrise and Sunset at the AirBNB! We cannot wait to come back to this Condo! Thank you so much for the amazing Hosts for sharing their Home with us. Very Good Experience and Highly recommended!

This condo is perfection! Close to the pool and private beach. Amazing views too! We felt right at home when we walked in. Highly recommend this place for 2 couples or a family looking for the perfect Keys getaway. Nicole was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. 10/10!!

Laurie and Co. were so responsive and welcoming. The place is beautiful and the amenities are lovely. Much like the other reviews, we had a wonderful stay and totally recommend this place!
