Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

The original old wooden beam ceiling radiates rustic cosiness. The new bathroom with retro tiles also fits perfectly into the ambience. Loft with lake view

Here you are perched high up with a magnificent view over the lake to the Alps. Ideal for a relaxing break away from the hectic city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot into the beautiful surroundings. The lake is only a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and Mainau Island is also not far away. The beautiful, long lakeside path or the free, direct bus (approx. 15 min.) will take you to the city.

Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Our new apartment_13 in St. Peter is the ideal base for relaxing days in the Black Forest. The climatic health resort of St. Peter charges a tourist tax, which is added to the offer price. Tourist tax for adults is €1.90 per person/day. Children 6 years and older are charged €1.00 per person/day. In return, you will receive the KONUS card. With the KONUS card you can use public transport (bus and train) in the Black Forest free of charge! 😀

Münstertal - At home by the rushing stream

The cozy, newly renovated attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The house is right on the stream. From the balcony you can see meadows, garden, stream and Black Forest mountains. Münstertal offers many opportunities for hiking on the Belchen or Schauinsland mountains.Hiking trails right at your doorstep. Mountain biking is popular in the Black Forest. Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.

Old Town Studio in the middle of the historic center

This modern 1-room apartment for 2 people is located in the Fischerau, right in the old town center of Freiburg, in a quiet, historic alley. The main shopping street, Kaiser-Joseph-Straße, is just a minute away, and the university is just as close. All sights are in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot. The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south there is an alpine view.
