A very nice quiet and cozy place. It is especially good if you like fishing. Family members can enjoy the place while you fish. Kids will love the playground on the territory. You can fish at the lake and grill the fish at the garden. If you don't catch anything you can go to a fish restaurant nearby and taste a very delirious meals there. While we visited the place we went to the restaurant and took the food to go. It was fantastic. Highly recommend.

S pobytem jsme byli maximalne spokojeni. Penzion je super zarizeny pro rodiny s detmi. Nejvetsi bonus je jednoznacne vyborna domaci kuchyne.

Sehr entspannt, der Hausmeister ist super lieb 😄 Die Wohnung ist rustikal aber ordentlich und sauber.

I like to stay at this place when driving from Germany to the south - right on the border with Austria, nice nature, good for walking with a dog, not far from the main highway but yet very quiet.

Apartmány Nad rybníky is a beautiful place to spent your holidays at Lake Lipno, especially suited for families (big apartments, playground). We booked an apartment there for two days on short notice and did also feel very comfortable. We also appreciated the save place for our motorbike (fenced area) and can recommend the fish restaurant "Rybi Restaurace" (nearby at the main road) which we have visited twice. Thanks for hosting us!

Alles prima. Nur die Schlüsselkästchen sind im Dunkeln etwas schwer zu finden und öffnen.

Found it on accident, as I needed a stop on my motorcycle journey. The Danube is really pretty in the area and it’s possible to walk up and down a bit. The town is charming, there are nice roads nearby. The people were very very friendly and helpful, there is buffet in the evening for a price and breakfast that can be included with the stay. I saw some nice doggos so i’m sure pets can be arranged. It was exactly what I needed.

Communication with Gerhard was clear and he reacts almost immediately. Check-in was flexible, based on our agreement. Apartment was clean and looks like on the pictures. There was also amazing view from the balcony.

Příjemné prostředí. Perfektní stylové ubytování. Úžasná zámecká paní. Na pětihvězdičkovou stupnici by bylo potřeba nacpat deset hvězdiček, aby bylo hodnocení adekvátní. :-)

Only a one night stop over for business but everything was good

Wir wurden sehr herzlichen empfangen. Der Spa-Bereich war wunderschön und vor allem war das Frühstück super.

Sehr schönes Hotel; sauber und freundlich. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Und die Lage direkt bei Passau; super.

Patrik egy nagyon jó vendéglátó! Minden kérdésünkre választ adott és meleg szívvel fogadott bennünket. A szállás nagyon jó helyen van és rengeteg lehetőség várja az ide látogatókat. Az az egy nap, amit ott eltöltöttünk az is nagyon jó hangulatban telt!!

Szép és tiszta szálláshely. A kilátás gyönyörű volt a teraszról. Finomak az ételek és a reggeli is választékos. Az étteremben a gyerekeknek nagy játszó rész van, sok játékkal, asztalokkal. A szállás mellett sípálya is van. Az udvaron a gyerekeknek játszótér is található.

Sehr geschmack eingerichtetes Zimmer. Wir waren zu viert (2 Kinder) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gebäude sind wirklich in die Jahre gekommen, aber Poolbereich, Fitness und Sauna renoviert und wirklich gut.

Místo s duší ve skvělé lokalitě, budeme se rádi vracet :) Děkujeme.

Im Hotel Zeitlang erlebten wir eine perfekte Mischung aus modernem Komfort und herzlicher Atmosphäre. Das stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer bot uns eine gemütliche Rückzugsmöglichkeit, während die ruhige Lage im Bayerischen Wald ideal für entspannte Naturerlebnisse war. Der Wellnessbereich war ein besonderes Highlight und sorgte für entspannte Momente. Insgesamt ein wunderbar erholsamer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen werden!
