Zum Strandbad sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Uferpromenade von FN läufst du 15 Minuten. Zum Messegelände (7 km) dauert es 15 Minuten (Auto) bzw. 20 Minuten (Fahrrad). Built in 2018, the modern apartment 303 (approx. 40 m²), including a rich breakfast buffet, is located on the upper floor.
