From the living area, you can access the spacious balcony with garden furniture and a wonderful view of the border triangle. The nearest supermarket is just 1.4 km away and can be reached by car in 3 minutes.

Apartment 101, including our rich and varied breakfast buffet, is located on the 1st floor. Enjoy the breathtaking view of Lake Constance and the Alps and watch spectacular sunsets. We provide a lockable bicycle garage for cyclists, with charging facilities for e-bikes, free of charge. The vacation farm is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Lake Constance. Thanks to the adjacent vineyards, you are surrounded by greenery and can enjoy the beautiful view.

Lindau/Lake Constance, Wangen/Allgäu, Lindenberg are approx. 12 km away. Bregenz (festival!) can be reached in approx. 15 km. The sunny room is a bedroom / living room with a king-size bed for two people and a single bed. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi on request and SAT-TV. It has a kitchenette and a writing desk.

The terrace includes a private garden area with a barbecue. Parking space available.

Chalet "Bodensee Oberschwaben" in Horgenzell is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation with your loved ones. The 64 m² accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi and satellite TV with streaming services. The special feature of this accommodation is the private sauna.
