Unser kleines Apartment liegt direkt am Bodensee. Zentrale, bahnhofsnahe Lage und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Zwar ohne Balkon, dafür mit tollem Seegrundstück und Badesteg. Das Apartment liegt zur Straßenseite. Das Apartment ist perfekt für eine Person und verfügt über eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und ein helles Badezimmer mit Dusche. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Das Seegrundstück mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den Bodensee und die Alpen ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein Genuss.

Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km. Mit privatem PKW-Stellplatz, abschließbarem Fahrradkeller und Klimaanlage. Schnelles Internet und NETFLIX.

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

Comfortable, recently renovated apartment in the centre of Bregenz. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Lake of Constance or the Pfänder-ropeway. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children.
