Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, it is bright and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our place, it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car approx. 10 minutes). The fair, airport and the Zeppelin hangar are also not far away. There are many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the Alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.

Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are several restaurants (hotels, Thai snack, pizzeria etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.
