We look forward to seeing guests in our cozy apartment. The Finkennest is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen, Manzell district, only approx. 10 minutes' walk (700 m) from the lakeshore (shore path by the lake, no lido). The campus by the lake of the ZU is also within 10 minutes' walk. But nevertheless, the city center is within 14 minutes comfortably by city bus, the exhibition grounds in about 30 minutes without changing trains. JUNIOR SUITE with private bathroom

A special retreat, located close to the city and at the same time in the middle of nature: This is the Junior Suite (no kitchen) Perfect for travelers who like walking, jogging, cycling, relaxing at Lake Constance (20 min.) or hiking or skiing in the Alps (approx. 1 hr.). Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ideal für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Sie verbringen Ihren Aufenthalt in einer farbenfrohen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung, welche über einen privaten Eingang verfügt. Auf der 20 qm großen, überdachten Terrasse mit Lounge vor der Wohnung, können Sie den Blick in den Garten genießen, grillen, essen oder einfach ihre Seele baumeln lassen. Die ca. 54 qm große Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres 2-Familien-Hauses. Alle Fenster der Ferienwohnung sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Central, chic and quiet apartment on the 2nd floor, 5 minutes from the city train station. There is a REWE (untilm12pm), post office and bakery. In addition to the box spring bed, there is a high quality sofa bed with a full mattress (160cm wide). There is a modern washing. The single garage with electr. Gate is in the courtyard. Two balconies invite you to have breakfast and linger. The lake with the shore park is 100m away, the ferry and ships are 400m away. Perfect location!

Lake Constance apartment Lang Fischbach

The 60 sqm apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Constance. The bus stop (towards Friedrichshafen and Constance) as well as the train station in Fischbach are also within walking distance. In addition, a supermarket, various bakeries, a pharmacy, various restaurants, the Fischbach lakeside resort (300 m) and a beer garden are within walking distance. The flat is on the raised ground floor.

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are several restaurants (hotels, Thai snack, pizzeria etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

The approx. 50 m² 2-room apartment is located on the edge of orchards, very quietly located, in a new residential area. The house was built in 2019. The apartment is located in the attic and the amenities are largely new. In good weather, a beautiful Alpine panorama and a small part of Lake Constance can be seen. The nearest shopping is about 3-4 km away. The Friedrichshafen trade fair is 5 km away. Lake Constance is about 8 km away.
