The 60 sqm apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach. It's just a few minutes' walk to Lake Constance. In addition, a supermarket, various bakeries, a pharmacy, various restaurants, the Fischbach lakeside resort (300 m) and a beer garden are within walking distance. Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful Uferpark and the lively promenade. It is ideally located between the train station and the city center, directly on the Lake Constance Trail. Shops serving everyday needs, train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are within a few minutes' walk. The fair is 4 km away. With private parking space, lockable bicycle basement and air conditioning.
