Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

A modern studio interior features a sleek dining area with three high-backed chairs around a polished table. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, and expansive windows offer views of the sea and surrounding landscape, inviting natural light into the space.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, washing machine, toaster, microwave, etc. The apartment is located in the best complex in Batumi with a large territory, swimming pool, sports and playground in the courtyard, restaurants and a shop. Near the shopping center, casino, sea and park. The airport is 5 minutes away by taxi.

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.
