The 95 sqm house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and 2 double rooms on the ground floor. Free Wi-Fi is available. The charging station is a 5-minute walk away.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests.
