The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

In addition, there is a huge loft living room where everyone can come together. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney +, sauna, barbecue area and several terraces. Equipped with a fully automatic coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, washing machine and drying machine.

Lakeside house

Our cozy vacation apartment is located on the second floor and has a free parking space. Bicycles brought along can be parked in a separate basement room and also charged if necessary. The garden with its covered pavilion invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathing. Even small families will find plenty of space with us. A baby cot can also be provided by arrangement. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
