Very nice apartment, which is within walking distance of the pretty city center of Ratingen. Modernly furnished, exactly as shown in the photos.

An all-round successful stay! We felt very comfortable with Hans from the beginning. Communication was straightforward and fast - all information arrived on time, and Hans was always available for questions. The accommodation was exactly as described (if not better): central, cozy and equipped with everything you need. You can tell that someone is making an effort to make guests feel welcome. We found the courtyard (great for breakfast) and the tasteful furnishings particularly beautiful. Would definitely come back and can fully recommend the place. We had a nice time the three of us in the very spacious, listed apartment from Alexander. You live in the middle of the monument of the beautiful and completely well-preserved fortress of Zons, within walking distance of the Rhine. Really very large and cozy apartment with tasteful and complete equipment, in which you could easily live in four. Alexander was a very friendly and dedicated host who even sent us a small lamp that we had left behind by mail. Thank you again for that. Everything is fine! Always happy to come back.

The accommodation corresponds to the description, the contact with Franziska and Marie-Luise was always nice and the two are easily accessible. The check out was very flexible, which was very convenient for me.

We had a very nice stay in Düsseldorf. From the apartment, everything was very close and within walking distance, and S-Bahn and U-Bahn stops were practically around the corner. The view of the Rhine Tower from the kitchen was beautiful.

Great place to stay as a base for exploring Dusseldorf Out of the way so you don't have the noise of the city but you're close enough that it's not too far of a journey, especially if you have your car The option of a parking space was extremely helpful and hosts were very friendly and responsive

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. I spent a very relaxed and quiet weekend at home with my dog. The house is really nice and has everything you need. Especially great for running with the dog is the forest right outside the front door. Communication with Lotta was straightforward and always friendly and courteous. I'd be happy to come back!

Although we were only there for one night, we felt comfortable right away. The rooms were large, the beds comfortable and the terrace large. Definitely worth the money and we would book it again at any time.

The apartment is super connected and located in a new development with all the latest standards. S-Bahn and tram within walking distance. Slight signs of wear and defects distributed throughout the apartment. Great communication with tips and tricks for the city!

We had a pleasant stay in Benjamin's apartment. Everything was clean and the location right at the tram station is very convenient. Communication with Benjamin was quick and easy. The small bedroom is only accessible through another room, which did not disturb us. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.
