Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Imperial Beach

We had an outstanding stay at this San Diego Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short drive to both SeaWorld and the San Diego Zoo! Only 2 miles from beautiful Imperial Beach, which had tons of great restaurants to choose from. The home was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped for families. We especially loved that each bedroom a ceiling fan, A/C unit and TV, which made it easy for everyone to relax after a busy day exploring. The space was clean, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. There were also plenty of family-friendly activities in the home, which kept everyone entertained. My young kids loved the swing set in the back yard! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area—we’d absolutely stay here again! Thank you Sunil & Megan!

We enjoyed our stay. We took our 3 year old grandson and his parents to go to Sesame Place and Sea World. The house was located near both places. The house was clean and ready for us on arrival. We were very comfortable at the house and my grandson had lots of fun in the backyard playing basketball, connect four, and cornhole. The hot tub was great. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend it.

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

I had a lovely stay with Dina. I am moving to the SD area and Dina made my transition so much easier. There were some minor issues at the beginning that were quickly addressed and resolved. Dina and Jose made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and I am happy with the hosts, they went above and beyond. I also paid a pet deposit that was fully refunded as my animals are well trained!

I REALLY ENJOY MY STAY AND CAN’T WAIT TO COME BACK. THE IMPERIAL BEACH WAS SO AMAZING AND A JOYFUL VIEW AND WALKING DISTANCE TO GET TOO.

Eliza & Jay were very responsive! We booked last minute and they had the house ready to go and spotless. They checked in with us and offered suggestions for dinner. They accommodated all of our needs and the place was quiet, clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to book with them!

This Air BnB was a really great place! Very beautiful inside. The place really felt like home. The beds were pretty comfortable and it was pretty roomy for 8 adults and 1 infant. They had board games and lots of children games/plates/utensils. Although, they had towels we did not end up using them as we brought our own but they did provide a lot of things in case you didn’t bring your own or forgot. Our favorite place was outside. The swing was a great place to hang out in and they also had a big table with seating out. The lights were a big plus as it made the outside beautiful at night. Would definitely stay again!

We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. The space was just right for two of us and we were able to relax each day after sightseeing. I enjoyed reading one of the books Anna had stocked in the room. Anna was easy to get a hold of and gave us recs for sites and restaurants.

Great place! Location is exceptional! A lot do in walking distance , transportation available nearby, everyone was very polite. Definitely coming back. A must know is that they have their own washing and drying machine so you don’t have to worry to find a place.

JB and Ana were great hosts and were wonderfully accommodating. This was a great private room in a very convenient location. I was definitely satisfied with my experience, especially the ease of check-in/out.

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

I highly recommend Jessica’s place. It was clean, well stocked with everything one would need for a lengthy stay, and nicer and bigger than the photos. Great view of downtown, little Italy and the water from the huge patio that had ample seating. Jessica was a very friendly, responsive and accommodating host. The elevator has access directly into the suite which made going in and out very convenient. The area felt very safe and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. While it was close to the airport and had airplanes flying by, the noise was minimal and not at all a problem at night. My only suggestion for guests is to bring sleep masks if you plan on sleeping on the bunk beds as that area does not have dark/black out blinds and is bright in the morning. All in all a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

I really enjoyed the stay. It's a great listing. It's very clean and spacious. I highly recommend it. I will keep it in mind when I visit San Diego next time.

Letuanny and this property were excellent. She is an exceptional host - very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very comfortable and elegant. The view is astounding, as are the amenities such as the pool, right alongside the beach. The only downsides are that you can't use the gym unless you are staying more than 6 months (this is the association rule, not the host's), and the surrounding neighborhood is a bit limited as to dining options. That said, I would definitely stay here again and commend Letuanny on being an excellent host.

Beautiful view of the beach and easy access. Pool and jacuzzi were nice however the jacuzzi water was not hot. Condo was cozy and great location. Away from main town but close drive. Highly recommended 😊

We had a great stay. This Airbnb was perfect due to the location and we felt very safe. We were in town for a concert and the location was a 5 minute walk. Our host was very responsive and understood we would have a late check in. He was very accommodating and communicated to not worry about the late check in. This places was beautiful and spacious. We would definitely come back.

Place felt like home, peacful, quiet, was able to have everything I needed in one place. Thelma was very kind and made our stay very welcoming. Thank you so much for helping us during our vacation. Highly recommened place to stay.

I loved how spacious, clean and quiet the resort was. The lobby was nice as well. Things did start off bumpy with the host I checked in with, she was trying to take her lunch and her co-worker was in training so unable to check me in without help. So evidently I interrupted the lunch of said host and she was angry and let it be known. I expressed it wasn’t my fault she was having to work while on lunch but we were already checking in an hour and a half late and did not want to wait for her lunch to be over. I was not angry with the host, I understand her frustration but also, I’ve never been asked to wait to check-in until the employees lunch is over. Overall the pros outweighed the cons.

Beautiful spot on the 6th floor of basically the only tallish building around. The views were incredible and the location was great. Nice quiet area, right on the ocean, and the sunsets were insane. Nice and clean.

Location is secluded from Rosarito beach which is nice. There is no other property around it on the beach. Pools are nice and clean.

Tony’s listing was exactly as described in photos & writeup. Very clean & on point. Responds quickly & gave us a heads up prior about a Marathon going on so we could plan travel accordingly. Located in area where you can walk to local restaurants & bars. If traveling to San Diego again, I will most certainly book this place again.
