Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Ischia

Tornerò sicuramente. Devo dire che le foto pubblicate non rendono bene l'idea perché l'appartamento è più grande di quanto sembri. Ampio, molto luminoso e molto accogliente. Persino il mio gatto si è trovato a proprio agio :). L'host sempre disponibile e molto tempestiva. La zona è quella tipica dei vicoli saraceni di Forio. Un labirinto di case costruite praticamente una sull'altra in cui, nel bene e nel male, ti senti un tutt'uno con le famiglie dei dintorni. Ci si saluta anche se non ci si conosce. Un salto in una realtà parallela in cui anche nei passanti si ritrova l'umanità - questa sconosciuta.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosa’s place! The sea-facing balcony is brilliant for watching the sunset. The entire place feels very spacious and it is nicely decorated.

Wir 5 Freundinnen haben jede Minute in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung genossen. Unsere Gastgeberin Marella sowie ihre Schwester Ealia, die sie anfangs vertreten hat, haben uns immer zu all unseren Fragen zeitnah geantwortet und uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Sie haben uns sogar einen früheren Check in/späteren Check out ermöglicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar - nah zum Strand, nah zu den Restaurants und Geschäften, alles fußläufig erreichbar, nichtsdestotrotz ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen sicherlich ein weiteres Mal, um in Marellas Wohnung unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an beide für ihre Großzügigkeit.

Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse! Mycket bra och rent boende, vacker byggnad med stuckatur och ett vackert limeträd på innergården. Värden Maria var så hjälpsam med allt ifrån en snabb och enkel incheckning till hjälp med att hitta goda restauranger. Forio är en pärla som vi blev helt kära i och vi bodde mitt i den. Massor av goda restauranger bara ett stenkast ifrån boendet samt super nära Chiesa del Soccorso där vi såg den vackraste solnedgången!

This is a truly amazing find. Prochida is lovely and unhurried and this is a particularly lovely corner of it. Perfect for couple, incredible sea views out the bedroom window and the porch. Easy steps to the beach, cozy and clean house at the back of a wonderful garden. This was the most relaxing part of our Italy trip. Prochida is hilly but only 10-15 min walk to restaurants, also bus. Hope to return .

Giovangiuseppe ha sido muy amable y atento. La casa estaba impecable y es preciosa. Además tiene unas vistas increíbles. Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia.

Davide's place is a gem. Literally meters from the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with espresso maker, pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. As other reviews have stated, the unit is stocked with enough to get you going but you will need to go to the grocery (which is about 500m away) to get salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, shampoo, etc. Only one towel per person was provided so we bought a beach towel. Google misled us on the location, just use your eyes and you will find the address. To enter the unit you need to go through a gate and then a door, both require the same key. If you leave through the door, close it behind you, and don't have the key, you are trapped in the vestibule. Someone has to come by with a key. The apartment has a large mini-split in the living room that effectively kept the apartment cool. Davide was very responsive to communication. Ischia island is an amazing place and we enjoyed our stay, we hope to be back soon!

Hanni è un host premurosa, attenta e disponibile. Ci ha coccolato con regali buonissimi della sua terra. L'alloggio è confortevole, lo spazio all'esterno molto ben curato e accogliente. È centrale. Comodo da raggiungere e ci si sposta tranquillamente a piedi. Intorno si possono trovare tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Consigliatissimo.

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

Wir haben 6 Nächte im Appartement verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Empfehlung und mit allem, was man zu zweit braucht ausgestattet! Ganz besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit Ausblick über die gesamte Bucht von Casamicciola! Man wohnt unterhalb des Hauses der Vermieterin, diese ist für Fragen aber auch gut per App erreichbar! Besonders im Hochsommer würde aber wahrscheinlich eine Klimaanlage deutlich fehlen.

We stayed with 3 people in total and it was perfect! The terrace is very spacious and we used the hot tub too :) only thing was that we couldnt figure out how to use the kitchen outside, but the kitchen inside was enough for us.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Stunning views from the balcony out to the port. The room was lovely, light, airy and clean with all amenities needed. The hotel is a short stroll to the main town, and the bus station where you can hop on a bus and go anywhere on the island. Such a great location, peaceful and quiet. Francesco was the most amazing host, could not praise him more. He picked us up from the port and dropped us off, always so kind helpful. A perfect stay in a beautiful place! 😁

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

We had a great time at Giusi's place! The views over Ischia from the terrasse and garden are truly astonishing and there is ample space to sit and relax, especially in the very large garden. The kitchen is also good for cooking for a group. We were doing a "workacation" there and the place was very suitable to this. You can also be quickly to Forio or Sant'Angelo with a car ; several hiking trails start from the village Serrara Fontana. Although we didn't use it, it seemed well linked to the bus system as well. Finally, Guisi was very nice, reactive and helpful when we had questions or issues, and gave us great advice. We would really recommend this place!

This property must have one of the best views on Ischia. It’s also beautifully decorated and has an excellent outdoor space - we spent hours just sitting on the terrace reading books and taking it all in. It has a few quirks, as you would expect of somewhere of this age, but overall it’s an amazing place to stay. Please don’t underestimate the road up the hill - it’s extremely steep and narrow, and then there is a path to the house which has something like 150 steps! Valerie was brilliant and emphasised all of this to us in advance, but I was still surprised. I also need to mention how great Valerie and her family were, as we were staying during the grape harvest. Our holiday memories are most definitely enhanced considerably because of their hospitality. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Konum olarak deniz ve plaj turizmi için harika. Ev yeterli donanıma sahip, iletişim harika. Ev Ztl bölgesinde. Keşke daha önce uyarılsaydık , valizleri indirmek için kısa süre evin önünde durduk büyük ihtimal ceza alacağız. Evin hemen yanındaki otopark gecelik araç kabul etmiyor ve tek kelime ingilizce bilmeyen kaba insanlar tarafından işletiliyor. Sahilde belediyeye ait büyük bir otopark var. Günlük 13 euro. Ancak Ev keyifli. Güzel ikramlarınız için teşekkürler.

Heel aangenaam appartement met een prachtig uitzicht. Alles is in de accommodatie aanwezig om van een uitstekend verblijf in Ischia te kunnen genieten. Het appartement is op wandelafstand van verschillende stranden en op een 15-20min ben je in het centrum van Forio. Dikke aanrader

Such an amazing host and home. Tina and Alessandra were extremely helpful and responsive. The house was spotless and beautiful. Incredible beach and local area where they recommended incredible food. Cannot say one bad thing about it. Thank you so much ❤️❤️

Agostino was an amazing host, he really went above and beyond and truly made our stay wonderful! He was super accommodating and friendly, bringing us breakfast croissants/orange juice every morning and bottled water throughout the day. The flat was clean and had good amenities (iron, AC, washing machine, espresso machine), and was only a short drive from the port or a walk away from the main streets. We would strongly recommend anyone visiting Ischia to stay at Agostino’s place!

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Wow. What a truly magical place in the heart of Corricella. We loved every minute of our stay. Clean, comfortable and tastefully modest apartment with beautiful tiles which I’ll never forget. Location was out of this world. Outside area was the highlight. We could watch the fisherman boats going out each morning and returning at dusk. Kitchen was well equipped and felt like home. Bathroom very clean and shower nice and powerful! Thank you for everything. Already planning our next stay.

Had a nice time in the citrus garden and enjoyed the beach near by if you're not afraid walking some stairs. Bit oldschool interior, but cozy. Giuseppina is very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Luigi place is an amazing choice for staying in Forio. It is beautiful, tastefully decorated, very quiet and clean and right in the center of town. Beds are very comfortable. The terrace overlooks a beautiful garden. Luigi is very thoughtful host and provides anything you need. When we arrived we found coffee, oil, condiments, sweets even a bottle of wine. Luigi even thought of our beach and thermal baths needs. There were beach towels, umbrella and even swim caps! The communication was very easy and Luigi answered the texts right away. Definitely staying there again and recommend it to all my friends.
