A fully equipped, newly renovated, modern 2-room apartment of approx. 50 m² with a combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and large bathroom awaits you. 2 terraces, large garden with table, chairs and gas grill. The idyllic location ensures quiet and relaxing hours. The area offers opportunities for hiking, jogging, cycling and mountain biking. Meadows, forests, streams almost at the doorstep. Cozy hut retreat on the edge of the forest. The parking is right by the house.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Contemporary apartment on the Jagst in a quiet location

The building is located between the Jagst and the Jagst Valley Cycling Trail. The apartment is in the attic and is about 90 square meters. It is fully furnished. Bedroom 1 has a single bed and a double bed (160 cm), which is on a gallery and can be reached via a small staircase. Bedroom 2 has a 160 cm double bed and bedroom 3 has a single bed. The modern kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING that makes for a pleasant stay.
