From the first contact to the last, they were simply impeccable! Wonderful house, with a breathtaking view, super clean. Hosts and assistants are very polite and kind. It is very worthwhile for those who want tranquility, privacy and an extremely cozy home. We already want to go back and this time with more people!!!

Firstly, I want to thank Rian and his family for the cozy reception they offered us. It was a very comfortable stay, we loved the house and the family atmosphere. The house is very organized, clean, a great space to enjoy with the family, it makes us feel in our own house. The location is great, it is close to everything, and especially to the beautiful beaches. We only have to thank for the lodging, in this wonderful place that we intend to return without a doubt.

We had a wonderful stay! Space is exactly as described — clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to ask questions and give good recommendations. I just visited on fds and I'm delighted! The place is simply beautiful, with a surreal landscape that seems taken from a movie. Every detail was thought in very good taste, and the energy of the environment is wonderful. A true refuge, for those we imagine ourselves to live for many years. Simply passionate! Our stay was simply wonderful! Since the beginning of the reservation, we have been very well served by host Cláudia, always attentive, helpful and ready to answer all questions. Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted with great affection and attention by Mr. Antônio and Dona Cira, who showed a genuine and welcoming hospitality. They made me and my family truly feel at home. The house is extremely functional and very well-equipped, which directly contributed to our comfort and practicality throughout the stay. The rooms are well distributed and spacious airy, ideal for welcoming the whole family with peace of mind. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which made it much easier to prepare meals. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, smelling bedding. The toilets were also impeccable, with good water pressure and excellent showers. Undoubtedly, it was an unforgettable stay

Beautiful house. Lots of space. Next to the historic centre and not far from the beach. Easy communication with the host and simple check in Unfortunately, a bit loud during the night due to the bars around the corner.

Very comfortable apartment, we feel at home and for accepting pet has already conquered me, there was nothing missing in the apartment, spacious, with all the utensils, perfect cleaning, very quiet neighborhood, Graziano responded to us promptly, very polite, all the rules of the condominium very clear, great location, very close to the beach, vast commerce, markets, pharmacies, everything perfect. I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All nearby commerce and the beach are just a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with politeness and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

The Loft is easily accessible and well-known, with a beautiful view, as in the photos, everything is very clean. We love the basket of treats. The sector is very quiet, without many businesses around, but with a wholesale store/supermarket nearby, a fair next door and stalls. 8 minutes from Praia Grande (downtown), cheap and fast app car. We loved our stay and want to return soon with our little ones.

The host made the stay even better, making us feel comfortable and at home, we were very well received. Super cozy apartment, everything clean and with essential items for everyday life. Very good location, close to markets and yet a quiet street. Let's save it for next time.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Our accommodation was amazing, we love every space in the condominium, everything is clean and organized, it's excellent to take the whole family and enjoy everything that is offered, everything in the description is real, Petterson was very attentive, whenever he had a question he answered promptly. Amazing place and when I return to Arraial I will definitely stay there again.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. It was relaxing and enjoyable through and through. Thank you Mirtes!
