We were so happy staying here. The home was everything we expected and more. It felt like home, had an area for everyone, was immaculate inside had everything we needed if we forgot anything. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling. Five star across the board.

A great home base for our family Alaska adventure. The location was perfect and the pictures/descriptions were spot on. Plenty of space, super clean and everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Definitely recommend!

My wife & I enjoyed our overnight stay at Brown & Hawkins #8. Very cool history. The location can't be beat. Had a great view of Mt Marathon out the bedroom window. Place was very clean. Definitely recommend!

Very clean place with amazing views! Conveniently close to a grocery store with a cafe across the street. The building itself wasn’t the cleanest and elevator was slow, but the apartment was clean.

Maddie‘s house was exactly as described. The neighborhood was relatively quiet. It is on street parking so you do have to pari across or down the street because of a fire hydrant but it’s very close. Maddie was great and let me pop back quick after my race to shower quick. I would definitely stay here again!

Had an absolute great day at this place I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Seward! Such a cute and quaint bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom area. Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the host was always very responsive. Thank you so much Ristine! looking forward to coming back again soon in the summer :)

Our family enjoyed our time at Sarah and Ryan’s. The views were great and space was nice. One minor issue is our GPS took us one street farther up, so be aware you need to watch for the house a bit and not mindlessly follow google maps. It happened to my parents on their way in, too. The house had a simply checkout process, which we appreciated. Great spot!

Scott & Esa are one of a kind hosts and their house is absolutely magical. Home sits on the big green lot surrounded by stunning mountains, water and clouds. Everything is the house is above and beyond. Everything is new, comfortable, clean and put together with the highest attention to detail. Chefs kitchen, knives, everything you can only ask for to cook is there. Comfortable beds, linens, brand new towels and an ample of space everywhere. It's easy to find it it. Hosts are like no other! kind, thoughtful, helpful. They left for us amazing home made muffins and gave us fresh eggs! they are truly one of a kind hosts. In all my years of renting homes ( 20+) I have never met such wonderful, big hearted family and stayed in the house that is as gorgeous, and special as it is. If you are considering Homer, don't think twice. This is a pure magic place and home of your dreams. Thanks you Scott and Esa for all the love! and plus - golf is just 50f away! its a plus :-)

Perfect Alaskan setting with that remote in the woods feeling while still being close to town. The wood stove hot tub outside is seriously underrated as you can be relaxed and comfortable on a cold Alaskan night as you watch the stars above. Trevor is super laid back and helpful if you have any questions and is quick to respond. Saw moose in the yard the first night! Great rental for families or a group of friends.

Beautiful home and a great base camp for a Kenai Peninsula adventure!

This place was perfect for a multigenerational family. Lots of wonderful communal areas for family time as well as space for individual privacy and relaxation. Nice place. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Great for the weekend

We were in Anchorage on a work trip. However due to location we were able to explore several scenic places and try all different types of local cuisine. The home looks just like the pictures surrounded by beautiful green trees. The home is very spacious and has everything you need to grill steaks or make a full course meal. Book it, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect stay for our family while visiting Girdwood. This house is amazing - beautiful, well decorated, all the amenities (including a hot tub) - would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Girdwood. Kaleen and Nick were great to work with - super responsive and helpful. Added bonus: the house is literally a few minutes away from the trail to see Virgin Creek Falls.
