The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). The studio apartment "Schmetterling" is located in Sankt Englmar and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 33 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a smart TV with streaming services. You will also have access to a table tennis table, a shared fitness room, and a communal sauna. The apartment offers a private, covered terrace.

Log Cabin in Sankt Englmar

The mountain hut was built using regional craftsmanship from local spruce trunks, in the Canadian log cabin style. The house is individually and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. Our own Starlink system provides you with high-speed internet. Bringing pets is possible by arrangement. Spa tax Adults (> 16 years) 2.30 EUR / day Children & young people (6 – 16 years) 1.40 / day People with a GDB of 80% or more and their accompanying person are exempt from the spa tax.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to relax and feel at ease, with space for 2-6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Mountain cabin on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
