Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Konkan Division

We had a great time at Shangri-la. The house is beautifully done. It is exactly as described in the pictures. The host was there to receive us and get us settled. They stayed in a separate section with a separate access. They were always available for any kind of help. We had a great time chatting with them about the house and its surroundings. The pool is fantastic and its waterfall feature was quite fun. The food blew our minds over though! Sunanda tai cooked delicious meals one after the other till the point where we had to tell them to reduce the number of items! Our four dogs had a great time in the lawn and just chilling around. The hosts and the caretakers were very cool with our dogs, which is incredible. Overall, a great stay for a weekend. I will definitely recommend this to families with kids, seniors and pets. Perfect stay! away from the usual chaos

Swapnaja is a wonderful, friendly host who makes you feel right at home. She suggested us some great recommendations for local attractions. (Swapnaja, that coffee table book on Ratnagiri was wonderful.) She is a good cook too. My son especially liked the fish prepared by her. Overall, we had a great stay with Swapnaja. We will definitely visit again. 😊

The view and the food were the highlights of the weekend. It was a truly delightful place to unwind and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. The Ansh villa was better than expected in every possible way. Nestled in a residential society, it provided a sense of security and reachability. The villa itself was extremely luxurious, with all beautiful elements and interiors. The villa felt like it was out of a magazine. The host was very responsive and accomodative. She positively catered to all our needs and answered all our questions too. The caretaker is an every smiling and very positive person who is literally a phone's call away at every moment. WE EVEN GOT A WELCOME BASKET! We were a group of friends who had gone to enjoy and enjoy we did. Had a blast of a time, all thanks to the accommodation. P.S- the pool and the island in the kitchen unanimously became our favourite hang out spots! You know it has been a good stay, when 2 out of 6 friends ended the trip by saying "we will book this villa soon again with another group of friends"

I had the pleasure of staying at Bellacasa Luxury Stay from 7th to 10th, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The property was exactly as shown in the photos, with everything perfectly aligned to what was promised. The location is fantastic, with plenty of attractions nearby, and the connectivity was convenient as well. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was in perfect working order. The place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. I must also mention the host, Ashutosh, who was incredibly humble and always available to assist whenever we needed anything. His hospitality truly added to the overall experience. The kitchen was spotless, and I found that everything I needed was already available, making it very easy to cook or prepare something if needed. Bellacasa Luxury Stay is an ideal choice for couples, offering a peaceful atmosphere. I had a wonderful time and would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this cozy 2BHK in Harnai, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The view from the place was unreal — you get to see the entire beach right from the apartment. Waves rolling in, peaceful vibes, and the sunset? Absolutely stunning.🤩 We ended up just sitting by the window in the evening and watching the sky change colors. ❤️ The apartment itself was super comfy and had everything we needed. It’s well set up for guests — clean, furnished, and really felt like a home away from home. Huge shoutout to Swati, our host. She was amazing from start to finish — checked in on us, made sure everything was smooth, helped us during our stay, and even shared local food and delivery contacts (which came in super handy!). She’s just one of those genuinely sweet and helpful hosts who go above and beyond. All in all, a super relaxing trip. If you’re heading to Harnai or anywhere near Dapoli, this place should definitely be on your list. 💯

I stayed at Nalin’s place for 9 nights and had a great stay. The space in so worth the price, and the service is great too. They helped me with finding a cook also who came and cooked breakfast everyday and this comfort was the highlight of my trip. Sioliim is a great area to stay in, it’s peaceful and this is a gated society with security guards present all the time - so it is safe too.

The place is exactly like what is shown in pictures. The view is amazing and had lot nearby restraunts to explore

Shravani & Samidha are wonderful hosts. They were flexible with our check in and check out requests. The apartment was comfortable and homely. The caretaker was helpful and welcoming. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful lane off Baner Road. It within walking distance of many amenities like restaurants, chemists, grocery store etc. I would definitely return to stay here the next time I am in Pune. The apartment is very tastefully decorated.

We had the till date best experience in this Airbnb hosted by Ranjan. She was very friendly starting from when we booked the bnb. It was an amazing experience. Very calm and soothing surroundings, great views and beautiful stay. All the instructions were clearly mentioned and everything felt fantastic.

We recently stayed for a day at Zaf's property for our US consulate visit and had a great experience. The apartment was clean and cozy. Very tidy and well equipped Airbnb apartment.Moreover, Zaf is super responsive and provided with all the information we needed. Also his staff (guest relationship manager)is very helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay !! :)

Mister Prakash, the father of Menaka and Yashna is probably the best host that I met in many years travelling the world! His kindness and knowledge of the city is unique, he ensured that the activities I booked, the restaurants I chose and the transfers I take, went smoothly. He made me feel safe in a huge city and was always ready for a support! He will be the best memory of my vacation in Mumbai!! Thank you SO much for everything! The place is big and sea facing . The beach is directly accessible via balcony. All rooms are clean and furnished.

You will certainly have a lingering aftertaste of the serenity of this place. If you are looking for solitude or a get away this place would definitely serve your needs. The owner is an interior designer and apparently traveled quite a lot which reflects in the organization of each and everything there. Personally if one pays attention to things like a 'natural' chemical free non harsh detergent in the laundry room, then that person is much like me and i would immensely respect that. Secure, comfortable, serene and homely, you would never regret it.

Chaitanya’s place is beautiful. From hospitality to facilities, everything was spot on. Being closer to some of the best/must see places in Mumbai makes this facility even more amazing. If we visit Mumbai again, we would prefer to stay here again. Big shout out to the caretaker Mahendra who was absolutely welcoming and polite and offered us all the help needed.
