Die besondere Lage des Ferienhauses direkt am Deich an der Nordseeküste in Alleinlage macht es einzigartig. Von Deich und Feldern umgeben liegt es mittig zwischen Emden und Greetsiel. Fahrradtouren und ausgiebige Spaziergänge an der Nordsee haben zu allen Jahreszeiten ihren Reiz. Nicht nur im Sommer, auch im Frühling, Herbst und Winter ist dieses Fleckchen Erde Balsam für die Seele. Bäcker u. Mühlencafé (samstags von April-Sep. geöffnet) sind im Ort. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 20 Min bis ans Meer.

Die Ferienwohnung „Groote Kaat“ befindet sich auf dem Sommerpolderhof in der Krummhörn zwischen Norden und Emden. Der Krabbenkutterhafen von Greetsiel ist von hier aus in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist 75 m2 groß und verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und einem weiteren Bett (0,80 x 2,00 m). Ein eigener (eingezäunter) Gartenanteil, angrenzend an den der benachbarten Ferienwohnung, mit großzügiger Terrasse und Sonnenliegen rundet das Angebot ab.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in this spacious, clay-plastered accommodation. This apartment with its own entrance, large garden and terrace is a natural recreational oasis with a natural design, warming light, which results from the clay plaster and large windows. The gallery gives the apartment a spacious feeling with views of the dike and river. A pellet stove supplies the wall and underfloor heating and at the same time gives even more coziness through its warming flame.

Our beautiful, elaborately renovated Gulf house invites everyone seeking tranquility and relaxation. The village (Loquard) we live in is located between Emden and Greetsiel and allows excursions to the East Frisian islands or to the coast only 1.7 km away. Extensive bike tours can also be taken along the North Sea coast or you can simply relax with a book under our beautiful apple tree. The house is designed for 2 people and is not suitable for pets!

In the enchanting Warfendorf Pilsum, about five minutes from the Pilsum lighthouse, is the apartment Turmzimmer im Pilsumer Hof. The building dates back to 1551 and is considered one of the oldest buildings in Pilsum. Directly in Pilsum there is a restaurant and café, approx. 2 minutes' walk. A small village shop is also located about 2 minutes' walk. Here you can buy rolls and other items. The harbor town of Greetsiel is just under 5 minutes away.

Welcome to our bright and cozy apartment! The ground floor apartment of a two-party house is located in the beautiful Emder district of Larrelt, just a five-minute drive from the North Sea. The apartment is a good starting point for beautiful walks by the water, picturesque sunsets on the North Sea, bike or car tours through the historic wharf villages of the Krummhörn or even just a relaxed stroll through the nearby Emder city center.

The duplex apartment has a bright living room on the ground floor facing southeast and a wide view of the garden and surrounding fields. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms available: with a single bed, two single beds, and a double and children's bed. A modern shower room and an additional toilet add to the comfort. Historic sliding windows let in light and air, the tiled stove in the decorated niche creates cozy warmth.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Welcome to Tidehuus Krummhörn. Our house is a detached house and stands on a 1600 square meter plot. It was lovingly renovated in 2020. Last makeover of the living room 10/24. It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.
