You can completely unwind in peace and quiet, enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord while the fire warms you. You have your own bathing bridge, the forest in your backyard, good sandy bottom and fine bathing conditions. The area is peaceful, with a very rich wildlife. Borrow our rowboat for a sailing trip, or if you want to go fishing in the fjord. Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

Large, exclusive house in Marstal with a view

Nice large bright house in Marstal of about 250m2 with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Super located down to Marstal Harbor with a short walking distance to a good beach (Eriks Hale). The house is thoughtfully decorated and very cozy with a fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy nooks, TV living room and nice views, partly over the Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, dining furniture and sunbeds and large Weber Gas grill. Several good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

Rural idyll at Skebjerg Søgaard, large apartment

The spacious apartment is part of the atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by fantastic nature and fresh air. On the farm there are horses, chickens, rabbits, cats and the dog Carlo. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm has smaller forest areas and two small lakes. Indoor table tennis, darts, football games. The apartment has three bedrooms (6 people), but the possibility of an additional 4-6 people staying on the sofa bed and in the loft. Many excursion possibilities, including Tranekær Castle, Rudkøbing and beaches.

Stay close to nature, get a good night's sleep, enjoy the view. Small but lovely cottage for 2 people. Refrigerator and small dining area. Outdoor shower, real old-fashioned shower. Campfire and parking, sweet hosts and affordable price. What's not to like? The cottage is located separately in my garden, with its own entrance and private atmosphere. Close to Humle and Ristinge Strand, good cycling opportunities or easy overnight stay on the way through. Langeland has a lot to offer, especially our beautiful nature. Bicycles can be rented.

There is a large terrace with a nice view of the traffic on the water. The cottage is ideal for the family who wants a combination of walks in nature, swimming or fishing in the sea and relaxing with games and coziness inside with a crackling fire in the wood stove. The cottage is designed as a cozy and homely cottage without a spa, sauna and other luxury installations.

The house is bright and functionally decorated with modern furniture and large windows that bring nature right in. The plot is surrounded by tall trees and on the other side of the road there is a forest/nature area and with a sandy beach only 500 meters away, so here you are very close to nature.

Sommerhuset er af ældre dato, men meget charmerende. Sommerhuset ligger med 180 graders udsigt ud til Lunkebugten, Svendborgsund på vidunderlige Tåsinge. Beliggende på Øhavsstien og international cykelrute 8. I naturskønne omgivelser omgivet af skov og strand. (Mindre vej foran huset med moderat trafik) 4 km til Valdemars Slot og Troense. 9 km til Svendborg og 9 km til Rudkøbing 2-3 km til indkøb.¹ Vær opmærksom på, at det er et gammelt hus med lavt til loftbjælkerne. Cozy summer house in retro style on Langeland

You will stay peacefully and undisturbed in scenic rural surroundings, overlooking open fields and a short drive to forests and several lovely beaches. There is only a few minutes' drive to shopping and a harbor environment, which is lively in the summer months. The house is on 2 floors, with a cozy atmosphere in retro style. There are two living rooms - a relatively small cozy living room downstairs - and a larger living room upstairs - both with TV - also a shelter in the garden..

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
