Lovely little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes and restaurants. The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to the Marstal Maritime Museum, the Marstal Motor factory, and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family . There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore appears nice and comfortable.

Denne unikke bolig har sin helt egen stil. Ligger nær byens Axeltorv, tæt på spisesteder og forretninge, og tæt ved havnekajen. Dette er huset til en hyggelig weekend eller en længere ferie. Huset indeholder 2 etager med en stueetage, der er indrettet som et smagfuldt ”mødelokale” med mindre køkken og badeværelse. På første sal befinder sig en større by lejlighed med stor, lys og sydvendt stue, køkken i retro stil (renoveret), badeværelse med toilet samt soveværelse. Egen hyggelig gårdhave.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

Here you can stay in one of the medieval city center townhouses, equipped with modern amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and underfloor heating. From the cobbled street, you enter through the authentic door. A good sturdy staircase leads to the 1st floor with two bedrooms, each with a wide double bed. The ground floor contains living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and exit to the sunny garden. We are very thankful for the Arrebo family "getaway" and welcome you!

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook for yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

Cozy and beautifully restored town house in the heart of Ærøskøbing -the fairytale town of Denmark. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend or a nice family vacation. It has 5 beds in 3 separate rooms, a cozy livingroom, diningroom, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with steam bath.
