Mit Hotelbettwäsche und professioneller Reinigung bieten wir ein Fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit allem, was man zum Kochen und Essen mit bis zu 8 Personen benötigt.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft in einem der schönsten Gründerzeitviertel Europas, seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten der Stadt. Die Anbindung mit dem ÖNV ist hervorragend, Park und Auenwald sind wenige Meter entfernt. Die Straße ist befahren, jedoch eröffnet sich nach hinten ein ruhiger grüner Innenhof. Balkon, Küche + Schlafzimmer sind dorthin gerichtet. Bad und Küche werden mit einer Mitbewohnerin, die das weitere Zimmer bewohnt, gemeinsam genutzt.

Dieses Zimmer ist Teil meiner liebevoll renovierten Wohnung im Herzen des Leipziger Westen. Super angebunden mit Rad, Tram und S-Bahn. Fußläufig gibt es viele Cafés, Bars und Grün, in der Nähe des Kanals. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, Badewanne, eine lichtdurchflutete Küche sowie Holzfußboden. Das bequeme Bett im Zimmer ist 1,40 m breit. Da es meine Wohnung ist, befinden sich dort persönliche Gegenstände. Ich mache Platz für die Sachen meiner Gäste, das meiste bleibt aber.

Charming attic apartment, close to the city center

A small (45 m²), charming and centrally located attic apartment in the east of Leipzig. Shopping, nice cafes, pubs and parks are right around the corner. You can reside here comfortably for two, but if in doubt, also fold out the sofa (110 x 200 cm) and a mattress (80 x 200 cm). A small dishwasher is in the kitchen, so no stress with washing up. There are exterior blinds in the bedroom and living room, so it is pitch dark for sleeping. If in doubt, just ask :)
